They verified after all, but have not sente.the money yet. They still wait so hopefully by next week they will send me the amount owed. I have not touched the amount so all is good.

They paid me all owed amount except for 56 euros, which I expect next few days until Friday hopefully after that I will close topic as there will be no outstanding amount left.

My problem with wintopia started like this.

I entered in sport welcome bonus and after two three matches played some restrictions were putted to my account and from that moment i couldn’t play with full money.

From 50€ the max bet i was reduced to 1€.

So it would be impossible to play and to finish the rollover.


I asked for explanation and they didn’t said me nothing


Can you please help me?

Hello all I am looking for assistance and some feedback.


I have played at this casino for many months and am currently VIP. I have verified my account and have received winnings before.


The maximum amount I can withdrawal is $750 every 24 hours which I had 3 pending withdrawals they all got cancelled and I received an email due to technical error I would have to try again. I did 3 times it got cancelled again then I was told I needed to send in additional documents which I know they are allowed to ask for so I was asked to send in the front and back of my debit card(I did) and proof of my bank account with my name (which I did)


After I sent that in I was then asked to send document showing proof of ownership for my debit card a document showing first six and last 4 digits with my name... How am I supposed to do this and what document would show this?


I have never heard of this... I have $2400 to be withdrawal and I do not know why they are doing this.


I am looking to see if anyone has heard of this before and what document I could provide?

I believe that you should ask the support and, additionally, your bank regarding this document. They should advise you, for sure.

Hello, I was able to get the document from my bank which they informed me they have never heard of this being requested in this situation.


I sent the document in and now they are asking for a picture of a bank card I used 6months ago… which I don’t even have anymore


I have now sent in three documents and every time they are just asking for more and more stuff I don’t understand I truly may need some help.

I sent a picture of my old bank card as luckily I had an old picture it was not the best and they did not accept it so then I had to provide documentation showing the bank card it not active this has all been so wild
