Can you send me this information you received relating to my complaint please?? I can see youse have been active but I’m lacking a reply. I’m sick of being scammed. I’m feeling as tho your just another part of the scam just playing a different part

fileim referring to the information spoken of in that sentence. When youse asked for the information they said they send but didn’t for a week or 2 then supposedly they did..

If there is any update to the complaint, please update your complaint thread. As far as I can see it has been decided we'll wait for the regulator's decision:

"We've looked at the evidence provided by the casino and, unfortunately, we don't have enough information to tell what exactly happened. I recommend you contact Curacao Gaming Authority (helpdesk@curacaolicensing.com, info@curacaolicensing.com) and submit a complaint to them. "

I would like to see what information was sent to casino guru when BCGAME said they would email it to you and then you said they had sent something. Or were you lying? That’s what I’d like to know. I have contacted Curacao gaming control board, raoul Behr, Curaçao Interactive Licensing, Netherlands foreign affairs minister, ACMA, I cant remember if I’ve contacted A Current Affair & 60minutes yet but I’ll likely do so. My lawyer has received 1 email from their lawyer saying he was just gonna have a study of the case and get back to us but that’s about it.

they cheated me a lot. It’s not something I will get over. I lost my house deposit and a chance to leave my children something. My body is wrecked, doctors are useless and I don’t have the years in me to get back to where I was. If I can’t get back my opportunity to do something for my children than I’m pretty much ready to die so maybe I’ll make my death worth something. filefile

I did write back in the complaint first, that’s what I’ve said! I wrote their first & I clicked on his name the next day or 2 to see if I could private message him which I couldnt but I noticed he replied to other post after my replies on the complaint so I wrote here instead to no avail

I'll explain again:

This is the forum - if you ask Casino Guru to respond, or ask about the procedures or issues related to our processes it's like asking me directly 🙂. There is no other admin (aside from 2 in training) and for obvious reasons I intend to respond especially in such situations - to provide an explanation or guidance.

Peter handles complaints - complaints are separated from the forum - he or anybody else from other teams is not going to respond to you here.

I hope you understand the concept now.

So, is there anything I can help you with? Because I'm here to do so.

This is an automated response.

And I think it only makes sense - new information provided needs to be reviewed first in other to decide whether the complaint needs to be reopened.

Quite a common approach, I'd say.

Have you tried to reopen reclamation at Amazon, for instance? 😀

At Amazon? What do you mean? And I have tried to reopen the complaint but it’s not about reopening the compliant, I just want to see the information he said he received when BCGAME said they would email him the information, he said he received some but it wasn’t enough for him to make a decision, why? What was the information? That’s what I’d like to see & why does BCGAME have a good rating still when clearly they’re not being good to customers. Not just me but many, many people have complained a lot, so with common sense it’s clear to see something is not right. Clearly.

For that, you have to ask the complaint handler. I can't speak on his or her behalf as well as I'm not allowed to access such proof. This is the forum, this is not your complaint. Ask the proper person, by email if I may.

As long as there is no final verdict, the complaint is still open, hence the index can't be adjusted. We must wait for the regulator. I know it sucks, but even if we do not know everything thus the authority should decide.

I wouldn't say it is not right. I'd say it's fair. Untill it's proven for sure the casino made something wrong or unfair, we should not change the value.

Anyway, I was joking about Amazon, I've tried to reopen a complaint with them and it was like stepping into the hell. It doesn't matter.

BCGAME is 100% using AI technology to counter peoples bets. It’s kind of fun, all casino’s probably do because they’re greedy. But you think they’d be smarter not to and suggest to those they know are doing it, not too. Honestly if they do not hurry up I’m going to damage their industry more than they believe I could.

I do not have the email address for this Peter. I’ve wrote back on the complaint but no reply and I can write again unless it opens.

also what time frame do you give them to reply or resolve the issue before you drop their rating because if any site is rating casino guru than your rating may as well drop as well. You’re all in it together. And your all destroying your own industry well done 👍

Anyway, I checked your complaint again, and found the email for you:

I think Peter is quite occupied, but will do his best to reply - he always does.

To your question about the timeframe - I am not the proper person to ask, I do not know to be honest. But, we are not in anything with the casino, actually, with any casinos. From my experience, the rating (it's now the security index) won't drop untill the case is clearly solved prooves presented, and evaluated.

Kindly as Peter about that. I'm merely an admin, not a complaint specialist. 😀

I hope you'll get your justice, just not 100% sure the licensing authority cares enough.

It's kindow funny that you don't understand how this site works at all.


Casino Guru can't do anything else than a casinos rating if guru feels that the site is sucpicius.


All they can do is ask for the site do something. They cannot force anything.


All they can ask you to do is contact a proper authority.


Some sites value casino gurus rating and probably will follow the stuff that they ask.

Like GG.bet etc
