Unfortunately, I didn't do proper research before registering and so didn't read the posts. I was able to make a few winnings in the Evolution Gaming live casino and on December 19th I made a withdrawal of 575 euros (everything documented). The live chat uses AI, so attempts to contact them come to nothing.
I relied on the good offering: Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, sports betting and so on. And also various payment options.
Of course they won't be able to help! But now comes my criticism and a suggestion for improvement. You could have protected some players from the casino after the first complaint. I did this by sending an email to Evolution Gaming ( ). I didn't receive a response from Evolution, but shortly after my email the offer on the Spicy Jackpot site was drastically reduced. You can no longer find this or any other provider. You should also use this approach with dubious casinos in the future.
For me, the issue is finally over. Legally, Evolution Gaming may not have committed an offense. But morally, it has, and so the last bit of trust is now gone.
I'm going to save a hell of a lot of money, so I consider the 575 euros a small investment.
