It’s definitely them they just don’t want to reply because they don’t want to refund you lol. I’m in a dispute with my bank for them Jsut tell your bank goods not received and explain the service you bought from them and they will contact the merchant and the merchant won’t reply so u win

Are you referring to artstrid.com?go to the website and look for the address if its based in Ireland then it is the correct company they asked for bank statement and card details for me also and ignored emails for weeks until I sent that final email saying we are banding together taking legal action

I feel like I cant raise anymore with my bank before they tell me to do one and close my account 😂 tbf i tried to raise partbusters with revolut and they said no so i raised it with FOS and theyre reviewing the case now. Did you get any response from mastertools at all?

I didn’t get any response but the refund has just landed, hoping the rest come through soon. I do think these two companies are linked. I remember when Jokabet refunded it was done over multiple transactions over two days, be amazing if this is the case before Xmas and the 45 day crap the bank want me to wait.

I currently have a dispute with mastertools, on my statement they were showing as Northampton. They have an email address which I sent an email but no response at all. The 30 days is now up & haven't been told they have disputed it yet so waiting on an update from bank. Will let you know x

just told them my bank was investigating them for fraudulent transactions and was processing chargebacks but if they refunded me I’d call it off(obviously the chargeback bit was true but fraud investigation wasn’t)I just kept emailing them over past few weeks saying that my bank was investigating and getting ready to take action and all would be forgotten if they refunded

These are the ones I am having major issues with skinsonly Kashia*empire they tried emptying my account for €750.00 but bank flagged it and gamingstore if anyone could shed any light on these I would be much appreciated

Nothing on quickbit or payop sorry. The first point is ensuring you tell the bank that you haven’t received anything despite what the merchant says, if they link it to gambling I would then say they bypassed the blocks using incorrect MCC 12.7 invalid data is the chargeback on VISA.

Ensure you log a complaint with the bank if you don’t get what you want, ideally they log the chargebacks that they haven’t as this gives you the chance of a refund if merchant doesn’t respond. If the bank won’t log the chargebacks or won’t contest them, and reject the complaint you can go FOS.

With payop have you tried chargeback with the bank?

Suppose the only saving grace is FOS isn’t like case law whereby decisions set a precedent, other decisions will get approved and some rejected. The issue here is in my opinion getting the banks to raise them, as per others on here if you can get them to raise under incorrect MCC then the chances are you will win the chargeback.

I think anyone with Mastercard must now use goods not received.

Yep agreed. I guess the issue if you go down the goods not received route is how would that be perceived by FOS if it eventually ended up there..
