HSBC are being difficult by saying the money I deposited entered the casino and I played. I don't think they understand the issue here, they're looking into it as fraud God knows why. Virgin bank were brilliant, refunded all transactions no questions asked

I just told them the truth about them being unlicensed in the UK, using the wrong merchant code and shouldn't be allowing UK players to play. They did the chargebacks and the casino never got back to them.like I said I was lucky there but HSBC are being difficult for me

Wow I find this absolutely crazy as I did the exact same thing with the exact same bank. Their response being as it was to do with gambling they cannot help. That’s is crazy

I'm in the process,they have told me to raise a chargeback with my bank,but unfortunately my bank has refused due to the way the payment was made A2A pisp payment, but I've got a solicitor on it they either pay or will be taken to court and lose eitherway as I live in UK and the transactions are illegal and they know it, also if your in UK make sure Nucleus365 Ltd didn't subcontract the work to them because they are liable for third party delegates and are FCA accredited.so I would check with your bank they will definitely know.if Nucleus365 did sub to falcora finance.io I would message them and tell them they have initiated illegal transactions,as the company they have contracted with aren't able to take funds from uk account holders as per gambling act section 33 2005.criminal offence.tell them you've spoken to uk gambling commission and FCA.if it's falcora your going after hopefully your bank will raise a chargeback let me know how you get on,keep me updated I will do same.take care all the best

Ah mine was a credit card which gives you a bit more protection I've found out. I know it's not right but that seems the thing. All mine are credit cards

The bank raised 24 chargebacks incorrect mcc and they just refunded two days later no wait of 45days

Visa debit,basically under the new reimbursement scheme introduced 7th October banks pretty much have to give you your cash back or raise chargeback,but because they have to pay you out first and then chase the companies for the money, obviously there not a fan of this new scheme, I absolutely bludgeoned my bank but they still wouldn't issue chargeback and these fraudulent 3rd party payment processors are onto the fact that the banks are reluctant to issue chargebacks, so I suggest you look up a good gambling solicitor and ask them to send a letter before action,threatening them with court.they ain't gonna want the light shinning on there illegal activity, obviously it depends on how much money is involved and would it be cost effective.

I know,I've been onto them this morning and they've closed the case solicitors wants £1500 or can take my chances with Ombudsman,banks are a joke.
