Hello 1win,

I have been unable to get my withdrawals after winning a casino game in poker, my withdrawals was restricted and I can no longer log into poker games anymore....its frustrating that depositing is not a problem but trying to withdraw becomes a big one.


Please look into my account and resolve the issue it's my first and only account, I did not violate any of the rules!

It is very pathetic that they have a very bad reputation,

I got discouragement from other users on the Telegram group,they said the moment I submit my documents for verification, then the account will be permanently blocked, they will quote some phrases stating that I violated a rule and of course I didn't violate any rule, I have only a single account, I did not use a software app for winning.

So I decided to tender my case here where it will be looked into with fairness and justice.

My loss to 1win is bigger than my winnings,

For such reason I didn't see any reason why I should be suspected for fraudulent.

The Complaint Team always tries to help and clarify issues like this. May I know which rule you were supposed to break, please?

Not at all, I do not have another account, this is the only account I have....I'm very sure I did not violate a rule, I actually changed my withdrawals method from perfect money to crypto method.

Yes I have checked it, indeed it is suitable for them, sometimes thier rules and regulatory systems makes me feel the company is a fraudulent company.🤦‍♂️

Dear Radka,

I laid a complaint in the Telegram general group stating the experiences & challenges I've been facing, all I could get was getting banned from the group and reported to Telegram.

With such act one can easily tell that, it is a fraudulent company living in shadows.


Once you help me get my money out,I will be quitting 1win for good😔.


I lost over a $500 to 1win, yet they won't let me withdraw a 90$ which 45$ was mine and the other 45$ is been won from another person in a poker game, not even from them!!

You seemed to now talk to me in parables, the only issue faced was delay in payment,it took 3days to get my last request paid before this issue arose....

.....are you saying that I won't be able to retrieve my money back??😔


I sent them my details on the 20th(2days ago) for verification to their expert team at contact@1win.xyz

They asked me to wait for a letter in 14days time.

I'm saying that according to the casino's very bad reputation and the fact that not all complaints were closed as "resolved", It's another kind of gamble to guess whether you will get the winnings. 🙁 

You lost some money and won less than deposited, so I think that this lesson is a costly one.

The fact that the casino ignores you now, is certainly not a good sign.

However, let's just be optimistic 🤞

They barely payout one's winnings, yesterday I saw someone with thesame problem as mine,he encountered a freezed account for winning a casino aswell, now they asked him for verification.


I'm having alot of regrets, I'm telling my friends to quit 1win and change to a better BOOKMAKER.

But still, I ask you kindly to keep in mind that the precaution can save you lots of trouble - always check the casino's license and reputation before making the deposit. If the casino offers some no deposit bonus, feel free to try it out to see if you truly like the environment and I also suggest asking the live chat or the support a few questions, to see how they respond and approach players. You will get a better idea of whether it's worth your deposit or not, I think.

They blocked my account without specifying which rules I breached, in anyway I do not breach a rule!

They tag everyone frauds meanwhile they're those with fraudulent acts!


I will advise everyone to quite 1win,so as not to encountered heartbreak!

We always try to encourage casinos to let players know what they did wrong, so it can serve as a lesson.

What you've got reserves as the lesson as well but with a very different outcome! 🙁

If you've breached any rules, you must be advised which one specifically and the casino must support its statement with presentable proof.

Sadly, as you can see unlicensed casino with almost 0 reputation score simply does not care about "details".

I'm sorry, but I think this is a lost cause.

Radka, I couldn't sleep🤕


This is a poker game I played with my aunty, we used our liquidity, we didn't get any money from 1win rather they took thier percentage out of it on any card played.


But because it's a fraudulent company they took away our money without specifying the actual rule we broke😪


The company needs to be closed so others won't continue to get heartbreaks....this is the only account I'm having,not at all, I didn't do anything illegal.


They tagged me a fraudster meanwhile they are the frauds....with fraudulent rules and activities!

About the day I'm grateful to Almighty, but 1win have been ruining my days lately!

One cannot contact its licensed company because it's all fake, but I would have filled a case against them.

On the contrary,My complaint had been transferred to another complaint team, please Radka do you think anything can be done to help me retrieve back my money?
