To my surprise, I find out that the license should be valid - according to your last review. Can you kindly confirm, that this statement is not valid anymore?

It's copied from the 1win website, and it means that this casino should be regulated by the Curacao Antillephone N.V.

Have you tried it, please?

I checked the most recent complaints to find out that some were closed as resolved and some we not. I would like to ensure you that yours will be solved too, but sadly, I can't say for sure. 🤞

The licence is still there on 1win's site....but how to contact the company is what's baffling me, but now I'm rest assured that with casino.guru's aid my funds will be out.

the licensing authority is The Gambling Commission of Curacao Antillephone (N.V. 8048/JAZ), in this case. You can try those addresses:

complaints@gaminglicences.com

certria@gaminglicences.com

Just note that according to general experiences, this authority is relatively passive, and their response can take days but also months.

I hope it would not be necessary for the end.

Hello,

The Complaint Team decided to contact the casino because we need their collaboration, we would be helpless without it, I'm afraid. Andrej asked the casino for supporting proof, I can't tell whether he has been given some or not despite that the casino has not answered the complaint as asked. Kindly wait for Andrej to update the complainant.

I think this 1win casino does not care about reputation, I'm still wondering how they carelessly quote the p.9.7 clause and take away someone's funds! Yet they'll still fail to provide evidences backing up thier decisions.

You can imagine, my fund is not even upto a $100, yet they still decide to take away my little fund!😔

well, I have to agree - to me, it seems that the casino pays only if they want to. We also found its term and conditions to be unfair and I believe it just goes in hand with the overall rating and your experiences.

It's obvious that without any supportive evidence, those rules can be applied freely to any player.

I hope that the casino will forward something we can truly check.

Ofcourse, those rules are freely sent to players, going through the unresolved cases,I found out that most players are blocked and the casino couldn't provide evidence backing up thier decision.

They only pay when they want to. And they don't pay big winnings or when one doubles his/her funds!

Sadly I have fallen a victim of thier fraudulent act.

They should atleast consider the days I've been loosing to them!

I was told to quit 1win, but refused, thinking they truly act base on facts...I never knew it will come to me!

But this time I truly need this money they had with them!

Before this winning I lost $135 on the wheel of fortune!

They've never considered those lost but my little winning I got in a competition,(poker table) they seized it unfairly!

My dear Radka, I'm pretty sure they don't have anything against me,only if they will fabricate something!

This is the only account I have with them,at most I do log in with my phone,very little time on my laptop, but I hope to see a possible outcome!

But I see they don't really care about reputation and black points!

well, with such a low reputation it seems obvious now that additional black points do not matter as you wrote.

We just want to get the casino a fair chance to support their statement as we always do, if the casino fails to do so, we insist on the player's claim.

Sadly, I fear that this casino is not willing to listen.

So they've technically cheated me and run away with my money and winnings😪.

Wish you guys can simply ask/tell the casino to pay us our money since its obvious they fabricates lies and takes away people money!

I don't think the "complaints@licensingcasino.com" can force them as well to pay out the restricted money!!😭

This casino don't respect terms, they don't really respect you people as well,they take alot of time to reply messages, sometimes they don't reply at all.

So the casino has responded once more. Let's see what the outcome wud be. 🤔
