They have previously sent me money in this case they are truly cancelled my withdrawal based on wanting a plethora of information that I cannot provide them in a timely fashion I want my money and I want it now this is theft I will attach the post or the copy of what they sent me it is absolutely acceptable and not right

that now all of a sudden they’re holding back my money when it is then we are paying me back keeping in mind I have lost with them 10 times the amount of the small withdrawal of $300 why would they inform you of this prior to me requesting a withdrawal it is only when I asked for some money back that they arbitrarily come up with this nonsense

Are you talking about the Rocket Casino, please? I can see that only payment via Trustly is available there, so I'm not sure if I'm correct now.

No I wasn’t able to provide info as some Acct’s were closed and gathering all documents is time consuming. In the meantime my balance of 500 was requested

to cash out again and cancelled again WIthout reply to ANY of my emails and questions and or concerns. As well as remind them they sent me 1/200 prior without these hoops required.

It just crossed my mind, the first payment without any hoops you mentioned, was the same payment method that the latest one? Because if you switch to a different payment option, normally, the casino needs to verify.

I'm not saying I understand the whole problem you face here, just thinking aloud now.

Hmm you're right. I switched the position of the words and searched for Rocket Casino which is of course different than the one we are talking about. 

However, did you close your casino account because you spent all your funds after the casino didn't want to pay you out ? I suppose you didn't have any funds left, did you?

yeah i won $25000 off a $200 deposit. mind you this was after a 9 month loosing streak where i couldn't even get a win that was more than my deposit. when they kept denying my kyc documents i twigged to it was a scam site and i was never getting money out of them. the documents i supplied have been more than adequate for KYC in the past as i have used them with other KYC validation. In the end sadly i wagered the $25000 and walked away.

Oh, I hate to see that. I think 25,000 is too much money. If I may ask, what was the problem with your documents? Didn't you think about filing a complaint when you got into this situation ? 

Anyway, If something similar happens to you in the future, you can file it with us and we will try to help you.

I wasn't aware of this site at the time unfortunately. I was so upset and angry. It's so hard to find a trusted casino that will let you Australian's play.
