I've won 13,800 euros I've been trying to get it paid out since January 17 but unfortunately it didn't work properly 1000 came and then 12800 was rejected allegedly iban letters were small well what I don't think but ok new application again from 25.1 and was 12 times 1000 and once 800 ok and the 14 days start again since 25.1 until now I got myself 3000 euros is that normal?

There is no complaint yet, I still have 6 days until the new 14 days are up

hallo habt ihr Erfahrungen bei Vulkan Vegas ich mach’s kurz

hab 13800 Euro gewonnen ich versuche seit denn 17Januar es auszahlen zu lassen aber leider klappte es nicht einwandfrei 1000sind gekommen und dann 12800 wurde abgelehnt angeblich iban Buchstaben waren klein naja was ich nciht glaube aber ok neuer Antrag wieder ab denn25.1 und wurde 12 mal 1000 und ein Mal 800 ok und die 14 Tage fangen wieder neue an seit denn 25.1 bis jetz habe ich mir 3000Euro bekommen ist das normal ?

es ist noch keine Beschwerde hab noch 6 Tage Zeit bis Die neuen 14 Tage um sind

keine Beschwerde möchte nur eure Erfahrungen hören

Estoy convencido de que el casino acepta jugadores de Alemania, pero tienen grandes problemas para enviar dinero a Alemania. Por eso siempre se necesita tanto tiempo y tantos intentos. No es una coincidencia que todos los que se quejan de los retiros sean de Alemania.

Hola, juego Vulkanvegas.com y no sé qué hacer. Retrasan los pagos. Gané € 11169, de los cuales el casino me cobró el 20% de horror, pero bueno, estoy tratando de seguir ejecutando el soporte del casino de € 9300. al principio dijo que espere hasta 14 dias y esa verificacion la pasé allá por el 2021, despues de 5 dias le escribi al servicio de soporte si todo esta bien me dijeron que no y que debo enviarles un documento de nomina y que no me han verificado y necesito espera de nuevo 14 días creo que es una estafa y no veré mi dinero y lamentablemente invertí 2750€ en este casino

Entiendo que puede parecer un retraso desde tu punto de vista, pero según tengo entendido, fuiste verificado en 2021, por lo que, por otro lado, tu información personal puede estar desactualizada. El hecho de que haya pasado con éxito KYC o cualquier otra verificación en el pasado no significa que esté verificado por el resto de su vida.

Si me permite, le pido que coopere con el casino, porque si no lo hace, no será verificado y eso significa que no recibirá las ganancias. Has ganado una cantidad considerable y también es posible que haya activado más controles, pero no te preocupes, es bastante normal.

Haz tu mejor esfuerzo para pasar la verificación (y sí, puede tomar hasta 14 días en algunos casos), si todo está en orden, no hay razón para no pagarte.

La verificación no significa que el casino te esté estafando.
