Edited to add... I won again. This time a more significant ammount,and this casino has made it to my #1 on my personal favorite list- the chat reps & customer service people are SUPURB!!!!


Let me start off by saying the chat reps and the customer service reps are awesome. Super nice and they keep me informed and help me to understand everything perfectly.
As far as their bonuses they have new ones updated off and on throughout the whole year. Some people complain that they don't have enough bonuses.
They're super Fair and their games are super fun in my opinion. I have Won several times,and cashed out through Bitcoin several times with NO ISSUES. Slotland is one of my all-time favorites. By far this casino and their sister slot casinos are THE BEST!

Hey guys so to make it short & to the point --- I just signed up made my first Bitcoin deposit started to enjoy the games that they have and I took a break for an hour & when I logged back in I see the rest of my balance has completely DISAPPEARED!!!
A complete waste of money & time! The chat doesn't work at all,and I wrote customer service twice and no reply back!

This casino for me was the most challenging to win compared to the sister sites (winaday-slotland-cryptowins) But I won a nice chunk & there was no issues with withdrawal (next business day)!! The slots are super fun & I love the challenge which kept me super entertained!!
I rate this one positive but just under the sister sites !!
The customer service & chat reps are superb, and that's important to me. You can't go wrong with these casinos they're awesome!

Edited to add - A customer service person Finally Wrote me back but they are giving me the run around. They claim that I have not completed playthrough BUT my account CLEARLY shows that I have. So it's just as the gentleman wrote before my review !!
Compete let down to say the very least.

Take my good advice ,and don't waste your time,energy nor money on this casino!!!!
I decided to try for myself and give them the benefit of the doubt since they only had one review and they actually wrote back on that one review which seemed legitimate to me
So I have deposited a number of times, and actually had plenty of fun on their casino but when it came down to withdrawing they keep kicking it back to me. Let me break it down......

**My verification process went smoothly!!
**Chat reps are nice But they won't give me any feedback & tell me to contact customer service through email.
**Customer service will not respond back via email and I have written them 4 or 5 times over a month long period.
** I won fairly- played the bonus playthorough properly. I deposited through bitcoin & request my withdrawal through bitcoin 3 times and the withdrawal keeps getting kicked back. SO to top this off the bitcoin option for withdrawals has suddenly DISAPPEARED!!!! The chat reps won't tell me any info on that either.
TWO THUMBS DOWN!! Absolute crap.

Love this casino! Some of the slots are very tight,and hard to win on but if your patient & try them all or most of them you can win big ! They pay the next business day as long as you have the withdrawal request in by I believe 6pm the day before! No verification needed as it's through bitcoin! Fuc*ing Fantastic , they should ALL be this way !! (All their casinos are great)
I won twice on this one, 3 or 4 times on Winaday,and once on Slotland. Im working on their other one called Cryptoslots!!

Edited to add- I cannot understand WHY casino guru has those casino listed as "Above Average" , they have mostly negative reviews. They are ripping people OFF!
I have tried to contact Fatbet several times,and they are now ignoring me!
Btw- there ate no issues with my account infact the customer service reps had told me my verification was all good ,and I won fair and square



So to make a long story short...they just won't pay me my winnings in which the withdrawal request is only $360 if they can't afford $360 there is definitely something wrong with this casino. By the way it's a Bitcoin request payout and it shouldn't take a whole month or more in which it's been about approximately a month since I requested it. Also it was $400 I requested in the beginning and then I decided to put some back and play in which I didn't have good luck so now it's only 360. It's too bad because customer service or the customer service reps are very nice but they just keep telling me the same damn thing over and over and over again and it's very discouraging,and aggravating of course.

Edited to add- It use to say it accepts players from Tennessee & usa. I'm glad to see it's been fixed. (I really like Casino guru so thanks for fixing it)

It says here that Kings Chance accepts USA players,and it also says it accepts players in my state but after I made my first deposit they then restricted me from playing. I went to chat to ask what's going on and they said they don't accept USA players!! I wrote customer service twice to request my money back, but of course they have ignored me. So they RIPPED ME OFF

Edited today to add : So now that I've been educated on how Bitcoin/Litecoin works on maneuvering within some of these casinos like punt, I'm going to give Punt another shot because I truly enjoyed playing on their site. Plus after examining my email account connected to their site I found that customer service DID reply back to me but that email got booted into my Spam folder. I actually like this casino. I love the variety of games and I like the set up.
I have won $900, and the verification process is very smooth & very easy, BUT even though they accept credit card deposit they only do Bitcoin payouts
(which is completely fuc+Ed up)!!
What I did is completed a Bitcoin account and when I went to withdraw my funds through Bitcoin they denied to give me my funds. So the major problem I'm having is that 12 days ago I wrote two emails and have not heard back from them- they are completely ignoring me not even sending an email back saying anything that they're going to look into it or whatever.
It is a complete disappointment!!

The games are most definitely unique and different from any other Casino I've ever played online ,and I've played plenty. Sometimes the games were tight with no hits for days,so I would log off and take my time🙃

I recently joined this site made a first time deposit with no issues.
So I just want to give a warning to people that the bonus that I claimed actually expired in 3 SHORT DAYS ,and I didn't see the fine print when I first claimed it SO what happens is they actually DELETE your WHOLE BALANCE no matter how much you actually deposit that is YOUR own money!
That was a big sucker punch to the face ,and I of course will not be depositing anymore of my hard earned cash here !
