For one year now, I’ve been complaining about Crypto withdrawals!! and that on my screen you can deposit fine but when you go to cash out it does not allow you to put a Crypto address so nothing happens back-and-forth with the VIP host Rachel and you get nowhere. It’s like they take your money but they won’t withdraw it and then they tell you we’ve got other message of withdrawal but, you play with Crypto, because you don’t want to use other withdrawals method for personal reason such as if you’re going for a loan you don’t want to show Gambling on your bank statement. You can’t get anywhere with these people and then eventually I have a win and they say to me or we can do it manually and I’ve got screenshots from support and then they said you advised wrongly we don’t do Crypto, manually they constantly change the way they operate and their rules .
