I won 800€.
I was already verified and the casino rules say only above 2000 a further verification is required, but okay, not even that important.

The Casino wouldn’t even inform me that there was a problem but I had to push the whole process all the time, while I got different requests each time, from different employees. After I fully fullfilled them, I each time got new requests, not even compliant with their own stated rules on their page. They say pdf files are ok on page but then deny it in emails. They say withdrawal up to 2000€ without further/special verification is possible but invent new already fullfilled requirements each time.

In their own documents section one can see that they haven’t even checked all my documents (the ones that were relevant and fullfilled all requests). That page also shows what is still needed while 2 employees claim that they have already been fullfilled.

dI never witnessed such a behavior, I was absolutely willing to withdraw within the first hours or days, while they maltreated me. After so much problem causing I realized I would never see my money again and so I gambled it away.
