I requested a withdrawal they asked me for kyc I passed that, and waited 24 hours the withdrawal was still pending, I asked them what's going on and they cancelled my withdrawal without explaining why, later they message me saying that my withdrawal was cancelled due to 'technical issues' I used USDTT (Crypto) to deposit so naturally I used the same adress for withdrawal, so I can't see what the technical issue was, anyway I didn't request another withdrawal as I am sure would be cancelled again, I lost the balance and I closed down my account.
