Just a greedy entity with no morals

I cleared over 60 levels of their loyalty program when asked where my bonuses are they say I "switched them off" which never happened as I've never even SEEN the button they speak of where you turn your loyalty program bonuses on and off? Why would anyone do that? There's no benefit to it ...

So basically, will pay but largely 8 find this particular casino to be 1/10

Regarding the issue with the bonus from our Loyalty program, we want to bring to your attention, that you received and successfully played the most bonuses from it. This information is free to check in your Profile -> Promo -> Bonus history tab.

Nevertheless, you indeed missed part of the bonuses due to the disabled "Use bonuses" option. This option refers to any bonuses in our casino, not only the bonuses from the Loyalty program, and is located in the Deposit tab. Thus, you might have turned it off from time to time while making deposits to our site, which also might have been done by mistake.

However, due to technical reasons, bonuses from the Loyalty program cannot be added automatically in case the "Use bonuses" option is disabled.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us improve and better serve our customers. We genuinely apologize for falling short of your expectations and for any inconvenience caused.
