Nothing to like about this casino. It’s worst ever I’ve come across. Support team is worst…. unwilling to resolve queries despite of 109’s of complaints raised.

My withdrawal was not executed yet despite of complete kyc done and funds were transferred to same bank account in One day in my last withdrawal, and now they need 10 days to transfer funds to same account in my second withdrawal.

Casino is deliberately delaying my withdrawal just to harass me

No hay nada que me guste de este casino. Es lo peor con el que me he encontrado. El equipo de soporte es peor…. no dispuesto a resolver consultas a pesar de 109 de las quejas planteadas. Mi retiro aún no se ejecutó a pesar de que el kyc completo se realizó y los fondos se transfirieron a la misma cuenta bancaria en Un día en mi último retiro, y ahora necesitan 10 días para transferir fondos a la misma cuenta en mi segundo retiro. Casino está retrasando deliberadamente mi retiro solo para acosarme

Worst casino to deal with when it comes to deposit. I've deposited money 4 times & all 3 times previously it delayed credit in my Casumo account by 2/3 hours

Yesterday I deposited 4th time & it's been 24 hours it's still not credited to my casino account. Today after following up umpteenth times they said it's not reached them.

How the hell successful transaction never reaches them....????

Pathetic casino support team. Despite sharing bank statement of transfer, they didn't bother to check with their payment provider for 24 hours.

All other casinos I deal with all credit funds immediately post showing them bank statement.

But this support team was so pathetic,vthey kept saying it didn't reach them instead of investigating it further.
