Very poor customer service, very slow withdrawals, hidden terms, IBAS has stopped working with them which means there is nowhere to make a claim if problems arise. MGA will turn the issue to IBAS but IBAS has stopped communicating with them and they DO NOT LIST ANY CONDOR GAMING SITE AS THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS!

Stay clear of Condor gaming's casinos. They all have the same terms and according to them, they can split withdrawals of more than 5000e into several payments. What they do is split smaller ones too. On top of that, they do not inform when you will be paid and how much each payment will be done. On top of this, they also do not handle new withdrawals before existing ones are cleared and they get an all clear status only when they have paid split payments -> so they decide if it takes a month or three. These are not in their terms, but they claim they are. MGA are checking their license, could be that it will be revoked and they can go back to CURACAO license.
