I recieved an offer from thier Acoounts manager via Whats App, "20 euro deposit 100 free spins", I won 10 euro from the free spins and set about wagering..
After a lucky run I got the ballance to over 400 euro, when wagering was complete my ballance was 370, at that point 300 was deducted from my ballance and I promptly contacted chat.

when I highlighted this I was told "Oh,..any offer made by account managers is atomaticayl tied to section 6 of the T&Cs" WTAF..I mean how overtly scummy is this,, and how is it permitted? not to mention the fact that their is nothng in their T&Cs that reflect this ,, so long story short.. deposit 20 get 100 free spins at 10c, the max win during free spins is 50 euro(which is extremely rare), then the max win after 40x wagering is 50 euro ..seriously how is this permited?
