I certainly wouldn't give cancellation a withdrawal because it won't help at all. It might just prolong it, but since I haven't seen a player get paid by the casino in a long time and quite a few of them had the same problem as you, I guess I'm being realistic in this case that it's quite possible you won't see the money.

As for the question, the casino sent you an email telling you to send the deposit where? For what purpose should you do that?

I certainly wouldn't deposit anything else to the casino and probably forget about it as soon as possible.

For deposit by Skrill they give me an email to send the money there!it was fine the deposit!the withdraw is the problem!😅

As far as the withdrawal is concerned, I understand that is the problem, only time will tell if they will pay you the money or not.

Okay, so, from what I understand, the deposit was fine according to your words and quick. Withdrawal is a problem but if they keep telling you about technical problems, as I already mentioned I don't see it as a problem, also considering that the casino has a low rating and doesn't solve anything. It would probably be a miracle if they paid you, but I don't want to make you think that they couldn't pay you. It just seems unrealistic to me. 

I certainly wouldn't deposit anything into a casino and play there anymore.

Definitely don't send anything anymore because it looks like a scam to me. If you do send a payment to a casino, there probably wouldn't be a specific name appearing there. Also, if something wants information from you, don't share it with anyone.

I sympathize with you and would feel the same as you if I were in your situation. I could file a complaint against you, but that would only help the casino to lower the safety index even more, but probably not more since they don't communicate with us and don't answer us. 

Do you think you would do that or is it not worth it? I think that in such cases if the safety index is lowered even more, even if it is already low enough, other players would probably be repelled and would not play in such a casino. 

Please let me know.

Only time will tell if this will help, but it is important to remember that whenever you cancel a withdrawal and enter a new one, the time is again counted from the newly entered withdrawal, so theoretically you would give the casino some time to tell you the same thing again. 

So try to wait a couple of days and if nothing happens, then I would file a complaint even though the only effect it will have is as I mentioned before and that is the reduction of the safety index. 

Whether the casino has no money or whether it will close I am not sure and I do not have such information, anyway I would not be surprised at all. 

I wish it would turn out well.
