Hi, I wrote a review on the page itself however I received a notification that the moderator Daniel rejected my review and it was not published. So I decided to share my impressions here. Betandyou!! Anoche a las 22:50 hice un depósito de 10 euros, hasta las 22:55 jugué 3 parejas, a las 22:57 me bloquearon por completo. Ya no podía tocar nada. Cuando hice mi pregunta sobre el chat, me respondieron que LA EMPRESA DE APUESTAS NO ESTÁ OBLIGADA A DAR NINGÚN MOTIVO. Por solo 5 minutos de juego.

If I should guess, I'd say the casino probably found some irregularities in the game session or suspected kind of fraud. Would be interested to find out what happened, sadly it requires a certain amount of cooperation from the casino's side. 🙁.

Can someone help me?

I tried to close my account from betandyou four or five times. First time they said me that they can't close my account. In their T&C says that i have the right to permanently close my account from their site. The second time i tried they gave me another contact and after that they did not ansawer me anymore. I don't gamble too much money, but they don't have any kinda of responsible gambling tools and i do like to set limits.


What can i write or do? Any tips ?

Hi, in this case I would suggest you to file a complaint here on this link: https://casinoguru-pt.com/reclamacoes/todas since you say that you have failed to close your account 5 times. I think casinos should treat such questions seriously and not ignore similar requests, especially when they have account closure information in their Terms and Conditions. 

Do you think it's worth a try to file a complaint ?

I want to advise/caution everyone against the use of this Casino, BetAndYou. Not only do they have one of the worst customer services i have ever seen, they will fabricate lies to deceive you, and to try and discredit you. They will bend their ToS and general conditions for their personal gain, and will go back on their word in order to not give you back anything they promised! Make sure you always save every interaction with this casino! Literally the worst experience ever at an online casino.

I appreciate your reply Romi and all the help at Casino Guru. I don't know how my case will unfold, but I have browsed through the complaint section, and you guys have helped numerous players.

Only thing I would say, as constructive criticism would be to adjust to a slighlty lower chronometer for Complaints. I feel 7 days Is a bit too long, and I think 5 days/120 Hours would be ideal. 🙂

Although I understand the number of complaints is too many at times, so it's all good.

No sé si el casino me favorece, pero nunca he tenido problemas con los pagos. Quizás porque hice un depósito justo después de registrar la cuenta y no quise aceptar ningún bono. Mi primer retiro fue media hora después de registrarme y el casino aprobó el retiro en 5 minutos. Pero nunca he recibido ningún bono que ofrezca el casino; 200% en pago por skrill, 100% en el primer depósito, ni en el segundo... Nunca me dieron nada, pero por eso la última vez que solicité un pago, me lo aprobaron en menos de 5 minutos...

Nunca he utilizado criptomonedas en las transacciones en este casino, por lo que no puedo decir nada al respecto. Aparte de tener una gran selección de criptomonedas, lo único que utilizo para las transacciones en ambas direcciones es Skrill, y todo es instantáneo. This is certainly one casino I will never use again. It's mind blowing the amount of lies and misleading information they share and pass on to their players/users in order to maximize their profits. Even in my complaint they keep providing False and deceitful information for everyone to see.

I left my Review over 3 weeks ago, hopefully it gets reviewed and accepted.

Truly appalled at my experience with BetAndYou over the course of almost 3 years.

The case is still open, so let's not get ahead of ourselves and see how it turns out. 

As far as user review is concerned, once you have a complaint, it will be dealt with according to how it is finally closed. We try to make the process as fair as possible. 

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, because I can see this is dragging on quite a bit. 😕
