We surely thank you for the advice, it was just that I wanted to better understand the reason you couldn't withdraw the money. So now I understand correctly that your account was actually never verified, right? It is nothing unusual, though, that a player needs to get through the verification process first, so then he/she will be able to withdraw. Sometimes it is more time-consuming, especially when documents are not in the right quality or format, as we have experienced many times before. Was this your case as well, perhaps?🤷‍♀️

I am totally agree with the verification process,it’s more than fine for me,I did it with everybody,but I never needed to wait 10 days with no answer and after I asked why they keep my money for no reason they answered me I need to wait as long as it takes and after that they didn’t answer at all.It’s not about money,it’s about respecting your customers and there are so many those kinds of organizations who provide impeccable services,I can name a few 👌if you go to a restaurant and the service is deplorable, next time don't go there, find another one,a better one and let people know about your experience,because we are a very big community,customers community ✌️😎

I can only agree with you here. Of course, the casino should always explain the reason for delayed verification, so the players know what is happening. Goon on you that you have moved on and started to play somewhere else after this kind of experience. I hope you won't find this kind of issue in front of you again.🍀

!When I wanted to withdraw my money they immediately sent me a verification request.After I sent every documentation,pictures,ID and three weeks chatting and emails,they didn’t answer.It’s a SCAM organization!

Well we got a little further in what's going on, so thank you for the reply. 

Verification is a common thing in most casinos when you are trying to withdraw money. But what shouldn't be usual is that the casino verifies documents for 3 weeks and doesn't inform you about anything. We give casinos 14 days to handle the KYC process and since they have failed to do so, I would recommend you lodge a complaint with us.
