I have signup on Cirusbet.com and deposited 20 euro and I have wager all the amount after that my balance was 82.20 euro.

After this I have send my documents for verification purposes but there is no response from the casino side, always displayed in setting tab that (wait for the admin to check the documents) I have mailed to support@cirusbet.com several times for the verification issue but not response received from the casino side.

Kindly help me to figure out this issue.

Also my money is stuck in my cirusbet account which is 82.80euro.

I have been waiting since last 4-5 days for the verification, still showing that, wait for admin to check the documents,

Also the withdrawal is pending, withdrawal cannot process without verification.
