I am in the same boat and I have given up all hope of receiving any money, and mine was only £87. Just for the record and so you all know, I have email the British Government, the Dutch Government, the Cypriot Government, the German Government, the Curacao Government (where they are based) and the Costa Rican Government where they claim to have a base too.

The British Government and the gambling commission have responded. It is constructive, and my aim now is to get this company and its sister companies completely banned from the UK. The Dutch, German and Cypriot governments are looking to get it banned from the EU too. Funny enough, the Curacao government, which is not corrupt, has failed to answer and the Costa Rican government (which is corrupt) has also failed to answer. I do not believe that any of us will get our money; this lot have acted with impunity because they KNEW THEY WOULD GET AWAY WITH IT.


I have emailed Doctor Spins thirty-seven times and they answered twice and though my withdrawal was not done until January 6th 2025, officially I will have to wait until February 3rd. I have asked them on the chat blog thing on the website 'Are you scammers', the bloke on there said 'Definitely no'. So, I said 'Well, there is no mention of a twenty-one working day for withdrawals in your T&Cs and he removed the chatbot thing from when I log in, so I can contact them no more on that. I then emailed customer services and asked them the same, received no response.


I suppose this will have to be put down to experience, but I can say one thing for now: 'If you want to play an onine casino in the UK, there is no better than William Hill'. Furthermore, if you want to try farther afield, research the company and then before you use it, email the UK Gambling Commission and ask them are they regulated in this country. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ ONLINE.


I never ever thought I would be scammed online, but this lot have done me. Luckily, I only deposited £45 with this bunch of filth; I sincerely hope that others did not deposit more, though I suspect many did.


We are not getting our money, I am almost certain of that, BUT I will bring this mob down. What? For £45 you scream. It ain't the money, it's the principle and if you had won big and was expecting that money, perhaps had plans for it, or it dug you out of a deep hole, then I feel for you.


You never know, on February 3 2025 they may credit my bank account, but I do not think so. I will keep you all posted and good luck to you all too, but on your social media paint these thieves for what they are. Warn people and get people to look up the casino before they play (whatever casino they opt for) and check with the UK Gambling Commision, or whatever your respective gambling commission is.


It is the only way these thieves will be brought down, because I have also been in discussions with Google and Bing and they seem a little reluctant to do anything, which is disappointing, because say someone won £10000 and then did not get, what sort of mindset does that put them in; perhaps something so severe, that they will not be around to tell you (suidice)?


Dreadful people, dreadful morals, but the problem is, the interent and governments are letting them get away with it! UP THE REVOLUTION!

I would t hold hope for getting your withdrawal I withdrew on 29/12/2024 and it's says awaiting the only email I got was when I withdrew and it said 7 to 21 working days now ive left out weekends an new years day which brings it to 23 working days and getting fobbed of with a different excuse now I've played loads of these online casinos and been sceptical of getting paid but always did within 48 hours of verifying my account and some has been big wins this one has made me lose faith in them now 170 win is good but I've had bigger far bigger wins an far smaller wins an always paid out but they aren't for paying out at all if they do I will put reveiws on this but for now i wnt be holding my breathe I've read all the online reviews on this and I dnt think anyone has ever got their money should have paid more heed

I agree, the money will not be paid out. We can hope, but it is highly unlikely. They are a scam outfit and I am hunting them. What I can guarantee you is that I will get them and get the business/businesses folded and the perpetrators jailed. BUT as for the money they owe, this, probably worldwide, is somewhere between one and five million. Where is the money going? That is what the authorities will be interested in and I suspect it is not legal. A great debate, but we are all out of pocket here. Me, less so, than others. Keep in touch.

That their relevant department has been contacted and theyl be in contact soon then cut you out of chat but that's all I'm fobbed of with up on till the 21 days it was under clearance now after the 21 days it's with them

Unfortunately, as I have checked, this casino doesn't communicate with us either, so I am not very confident they will reply to your complaint either, to tell you the truth.

Their safety index says a lot about them, as I can see.

Sorry for being so negative. It's just that I don't want to give you any false hope, even though it would be really great, of course, to see you getting paid.

What I am finding it very strange is this - they are clearly not paying out but they are denying the fact that I will ever get my money back. I don't understand this because my balance will still show the money they owe me but they aren't admitting that at all. It's been 10 months now since I requested to withdraw and I need to find ways to bring down this website so no one else is going to suffer in the future.

I completely agree with you. They are playing the 'long game', in that they are not saying they won't pay, but due to unforeseen demand, they are behind schedule. There is no doubt that this is a con. They are stealing people's money. I have been in consultation with several governments and they do not seem to be interested. This is a matter of public interest and it appears that governments do not want to know. The Curacao government has not responded, the Cyprus government has not responded, the Greek government has not responded and I am now waiting for a member of the House of Lords in the UK to respond. The MP says they will, but still waiting. These people will eventually be caught, but at what cost? They will rip thousands upon thousands of people off and what are they doing with the money? This is where I am surprised that governments are not bothered. Who is not to say that this money is funding terrorism. We have all been stung here, I was lucky, my winnings were only £87 and I actually only put in £45, but there are others who have 'invested' huge amounts and will not see their money.

I will persevere in trying to bring these thieves down, as make no mistake, that is what they are, but unless government is prepared to get involved (in banning websites from WNRBET LTD and all the affiliate casinos) I am fearful that many, many more people will be stung by this operation.

Keep whacking it out on social media how devious this lot are - and there is no doubt about their deviousness, as they are not paying and if they were not devious, they would have sued for libel.

Let's face it, we are not going to get our money; that is fur sure. What has really mande me angry though, is the fact that they are blatantly taking the PISS!

MalteseTobias, great effort in trying to get traction on trying to put a stop to this. Very frustrating there are so many dead ends but please let me know if there is anything I can add weight to. More than happy to drop a further email to contacts you have already tried. Pretty sure it won't make a difference but is there any harm in trying?.

Would love to be part of the effort to try and make in roads on this... if needed.

The unresolved complaint already helped to bring their safety index really low, and I hope that everyone will check it out before even signing in to this casino.🙏

I am really sorry that you have to go through this experience as well.

If you'd like to help somehow, you should surely file a complaint here on our side. As you can see, the casino doesn't communicate with anyone, unfortunately, so the complaint will with a very high probability go unresolved, and this way it will bring the safety index of this casino even lower.

I will indeed raise a complaint as no reason not to.

Not that it will matter anyway but should I wait until the 21 working days has expired (I too am getting the 7 to 21 working days message) or do I just raise now... I'm at day 14

One thing to note here is that for my first, and only previous withdrawal, which was for £450 on 28th January I received this in to my bank account the next day!.. I always hold off depositing again on any site until I see my first withdrawal coming through so when I seen this arrive in 24 hours I thought the site might be fine.

However, my 2nd withdrawal on 2nd February for £800 has now fallen in to the this cycle of template messages quoting "7 to 21 days" and no email responses. Thankfully I never deposited after this submission as decided to wait on withdrawal coming through again. Which is a small mercy!

Let me know if you think I should raise a complaint just now or post 21 days.

Now for the second one, feel free to submit it at any time, no worries. I really hope that you will receive the money within the timeframe they gave you, but you really have nothing to lose even though you file a complaint now. Right?

I also had a first withdrawal but nothing else after that.


I have been waiting since May 2024 and I am still trying to make peace with it.


They won't answer emails and they have disabled the live chat feature as well.

It's actually not a bad tactic to pay first withdrawal as will build a trust and ensure more deposits.

However, as much as I absolutely know I'm not getting my money, if they'd just paid that 2nd deposit I would have more than likely been all in and they would have made a lot more off me.

Anyway, won't be losing any sleep over the money, it's far from life changing, and lesson learnt, however, will definitely be happy to make some additional noise to try and bring some heat their way.

I will raise the complaint as a starting point as no harm in it and also, as mentioned, would love to contact any authorities you have contact details for just to add another tiny bit of weight.
