Damn. I loved this site. I was on my way to completing all the "achievements", getting high on VIP program, etc...


But about one week ago they removed Zimpler from deposit & withdrawal methods and now the site is completely ruined. Impossible to withdraw funds.

It would be so interesting to hear what has happened. Anyone have any idea?

I had the same experience initially.


Zimpler was fast and reliable but I think its only for malta licence...

I think they lost malta licence, I swear they still had it January- February-March.


Now it says again Curacao. I Actually stumbled on this site via some add that said tax-free(only if malta)for EU.

And the add in their site said "fast casino". DDD


Im pretty sure its the slowest casino what comes to payment that I have ever played. Like ever. And I have played in pretty much all of the big and common ones and few smaller. Like the most annoying big ones have this 24 h notice period but after that it goes to your account pretty much 100 %. You have NO idea when frumzi gonna pay.

Actually one educated guess to Zimpler is that they decided it was disadvantageous to them.

People withdrew their money instead of playing it back. Now they then delay everything in hopes you cancel and play. Its very common practise to these 24h...curfew timings, or the logic behind.

Does that mean you have stuck money here too ? Have you tried asking support what could have happened and why this payment method is no longer available ?

Yes I do. I am assuming I will get the funds, no worries about that, but it might take a week or two.

Reading customer reviews from CasinoGuru & this conversation forum it seems like this payment method has disappeared from everyone.

I am, sadly, assuming it is because it was too easy to withdraw funds before and Frumzi decided to make it harder for business reasons so people would gamble their money before they get the chance to withdraw it. As someone stated above.

I think that you, as CasinoGuru admins, have the chance to contact the casino directly. To normal customers they do not give straight answers and I like Frumzi a lot.


So, you would do a favor to all of us by contacting them and trying to get Zimpler back into deposit & withdrawal methods. Everyone using Frumzi would appreciate this a lot.

Oh, well then, I hope you get the money as you expect. But if there's any problem, you know you can contact us. 

As for the payment method itself, we contact casinos about complaints, but we can't convince them to add or remove anything. We don't know what the specific reasons are behind not being able to withdraw using this method anymore, so unless the casino does it themselves, we can't do much. 

However, I think if you ask if it's temporary or permanent, they could give you an answer, I don't think it should be a secret.

Im pretty effing tired of this casino to be honest.


Yesterday I got AGAIN accidentally info from their normal chat that THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED the achievement bug after THREE MONTHS. They owe me 40 euros(little money I know but you played to earn it). The chat said that someone had deliberately marked it as "ignore" and he said that its back on the "to do list". WTF MAN!?

I've contacted their email(never reply), the chat dozen times past 3 months that COULD YOU FIX it, and always promise yet never deliver.


Today I went in (because I got cashback offer) that give me this offer and the chat started fighting me saying its not "daily" even though it clearly states "a daily cashback offer 15 % to 150e for the past 72 h". DAILY IT SAYS.


Not the first time btw that the chat denies offers they send themselves. WHAT A CATASTROPHE of a site!! A pic of my achievement bugged here. VIP department also does nothing but sends huggies...

I know they will never fix it, but the thing what get me furios is that THEY OWE ME 40 EUROS. OWE. I've never been so pissed in my life about customer service in casinos, usually they fix and help, but these people are utterly just "out there". Also its pretty common that the chat just runs away sometimes. Just plain ends the chat midflight(normal conversation going).


Its afile E-bet slip that I already achieved long ago.

Sometimes the live chat is not informed about everything that is happening at the casino, I would say, so it is unfortunate that you can not get any answers by email from the support from the casino.🤷‍♀️

Hopefully, now that it is again on their "to-do list," as you said, you will receive your money. Surely, let us know how it goes.

No thats not it. I've even posted a message to them in chat where THEIR VIP-manager says that I am entitled to this bonus but they refuse and leave the chat.


Its horrible how they treat people. How many times have they just closed the chat on me for example...

Then lie constantly about "we will contact you in 24 h via email."

Its been 3 months!!!! Did they mean after 24 years!?


Horrible horrible casinoservice.


No I will never get that what they owe me, I am 100 % certain of it.

It does sound pretty frustrating, for sure. I still hope for the best result, though. I am certain many players will get informed from the review you have written for this casino, and it'll help them better understand how it works there.

Update. The payment problems continue. They also now have started bending their own rules.

I just got "explanation" from chat that 3 days rules starts from the NEXT DAY THAT YOU MAKE WITHDRAWAL.

Or perhaps its third-party payment provider has some issues with Skrill. One way or another, it seems obvious that we all have to wait to see what comes next. I hope the casino is working on that vigorously.

Is anyone else having problems with Frumzi games? Some netents don't load, nor BTGs, only games that seem to work are Play'ns scams...Oh and livemonopoly for example is unavailable.

Hi, did you try to ask the casino if they have any problem with the provider or the games and how you could solve it ? Maybe you could find out more. 

As for your withdrawal, did you manage to get the money yet ? I'm asking because I haven't seen an update yet.

Regarding the pay out, I had to contact the VIP team to get help. So eventually yes.


Also what I know now, they have been in somekind of trouble from what I gathered with providors...Can't say what exactly. BUT they've added Zimpler back!

It seems it got highly negative response from players when they removed it. Now you can finally get pay outs again in 24h and not two weeks...

Great, sometimes it's nice when players speak up because it can help. I'm also glad that you managed to get some money and you can use your favourite method if you continue to play here. So will you stay here when they add it back ?

Hey, if you go through this thread, you'll find that it's probably not something that's uncommon at the casino. Sometimes the withdrawals take a bit longer, but eventually they pay the players. 

However, I would definitely like to know the reason why your first withdrawal was canceled. When you made your second withdrawal did you use the same payment method or did you use a different one ?

We give casinos 14 days to do everything they need to do and send the money and I noticed that you didn't wait for anything and filed a complaint

So we will have to be patient and hopefully you will get the cash as soon as possible. 😉
