I closed my account here beacuse they start to using fake RTP and complicated about cashout...when u need to deposit money here evrething is ok but when u need to withdrawal they start to complicated even if u withdrawal less then 1000eu then is ok if u want cashout 5k or more they have a lot exusise not to pay

Oh, I see now! You know working with a third-party partner - the payment provider - in this case means you rely on the information provided by the partner. The problem may not be on the casino's side. But to be fair, you shouldn't be bothered by such trouble as a customer.

I just want to add that deposits are an easy operation without further checks. The withdrawals, however, are quite the opposite. It usually requires the full KYC approval first + gaming history, and account check.

Deposits and withdrawals should not be compared to each other, I say.

What makes you think the RTP is fake? Do you refer to certain games, or let's say, in general, please? 🤔

yes the withdrawals are success as i cancelled and withdrew through another payment method, but there is still one more withdrawal request can't be cancelled and been told that the payment provider is having technical issue so my payment is delayed and can't be cancelled and return to me like how the other transactions do. I have waited already 17 days since 17th April for this withdrawal. Obviously there's some problem going on for their bank transfer payment method as i done my other transactions almost instantly by using another payment method. This is still very annoying as my money is now still floating with them, can't be retrieved and can't be received

That's unusual. What would happen if the solution isn't available by any means? Those 17 days are too much in my books.

Yes i have updated in my complaint and waiting for GGBET representative to give me his reply. This is the reply i received from them through email by asking about my withdrawal matter. The solution is to wait only but it is not helpful at all now at this point.

Thank you for the screenshot. I would suggest the transaction is no longer overseer by the casino itself, that's probably why it can't be canceled now.🤔 Nothing better on my mind, frankly.

Waiting is such a pain, I know...

23 days and still ongoing, GGBET is not responsive in my complaint too, how can i get my money at this point? This is so frustrating

Well, the last resort option is usually to contact the licensing authority. In this case, we're talking about Curacao. It's not the best option, since that sub-license provider usually doesn't care about such complaints. 🙁

Just glanced at your complaint. So the casino claims you created multiple accounts, right? I'd say such a statement needs to be supported by proof, sadly it also seems sports betting was involved. Let's see how it ends. You know, we don't deal with sports betting here. 🙁

I can't answer your question - you must wait for the casino to present proof via your complaint. Then the complaint handler will evaluate the situation. I wish you a fair resolution. Just keep in mind we do not deal with sports betting here. 🙁
