Do we know if anyone actually has been paid their winning?

So far none of the players have contacted us about it and the complaints are not yet closed from the current ones so we are still waiting.

However, for some of them the casino did not even respond and the cases were closed and the casino got black points.

its the same as everyone else has got from their chat support which is "backlog" which is BS due to the fact that its a small casino and should not suffer from any backlog.

It could be that there is a third party handling their payments and that they indeed have a backlog. But I dont believe so.

I understand and it is possible that this is the case, but unless there is evidence, it is just speculation. 

The casino doesn't even respond to complaints, which is quite disturbing and I don't have a good feeling about it. You can start one yourself, but the way things are going now, I don't know how yours will turn out. 

If you have something new would you let me know ? I'll be waiting.

They just repleyed me a message send to houseofspins. Same awnser ofcourse but in the bottom was not houseofspins but wagerinox.

They just canceled after 8 weeks waiting my withdrawls for no reason.

Cariocca Business Park, 2 Sawley Road, Manchester, England.


I asked by email from this business park is there office/company named Voucherwave Limited. Letsee if I get answer. If Voucherwave Limited is really registered in UK then there is indeed hope because of that penalty things.

They finally credited my missing deposit to my player account, just now. I warned them, however, that the story wasn't over for me, and that depending on the UKGC's verdict, I would be seeking a full refund of my deposits, for scamming.


I sincerely hope that your withdrawals will be paid, at this time of year, every penny counts.

Did the casino also tell you why they canceled your withdrawal ? What did they write in your email ?

I'm glad to see at least some small success with this casino. But as for the UKGC and the verdict, could you let us know what the decision was ? I'm quite interested in this because a lot of players have problems and I think it will concern them as well.

The funny funny thing is that they reply in an instant with a copy paste text once you ask them about your cashout.

I dont know what to believe about that, mayby they are struggling financially and thats their only reply right now.

So it's not nice of the casino I would say and definitely without giving a reason. It is understandable that a player who has been waiting for his money for quite a long time wants to know what is going on. 

However, I also looked at your complaint and the casino has not replied for a long time and has only a few days before the complaint will be closed and the casino will receive black points. It's a pity that they haven't tried to solve the issue yet and I'm afraid they will do so in the remaining time.

Can someone research the owner? I have feeling that this their address: Cariocca Business Park, 2 Sawley Road, Manchester, England is fake (too). Does someone living in the UK? There should be done some kind of police report. (Btw i have withdrawal request in spintornado (not here) - same owner)

It's f ridicilous i got the same answer everytime and the chat 'mila' does not help. Its also strange that mila ALWAYS answers. 10 days for a small withdraw is f ridicilous! I also confront them about our discussion and they litterly IGNORED it.

Im waiting 10 days for 200 euro so not that long and not that much but others are waiting for more then thousands. What can we do????
