Thank you I just went to the site and it finally let me make the request. I have not been able to Even request a payout for 7 months.

I am not holding my breath until I get paid because my girlfriend has had payouts at two of their sister casino

for months also.

they wont reply at all so lets hope for the best

The casinos she is involved with are New Vegas and This is Vegas both of them will let her request the withdraw but then no action is taken it just continue to say pending. Chat will not answer her nor will the casinos reply to her emails. I hope that is not the stage we are moving to with Lucky Owl. But being able to at least have my withdrawal REQUEST go thur is move than I have been able to do in the last 6 months. Keeping my fingers crossed

I was just paid my full ammt. After reading the pist above by sarahdream I went to my account and said approved but no $ has been paid. I contacted chat Dave ask for my wallet address and I had my money with in a hr. Dave said the player would receive their winning almost instantly in the future so we will see. You can now mark this complaint resolved in favor of player "PAID" thank to Jaro and everyone else at casino guru. It is nice to have a someone ti help us

Hers is at NewVegas and This is Vegas as of last night no and they still would not reply to chat. I did get paid by Lucky Owl today. Looks like xmas came early for you and I 😭👍👍

Was just paid. Checked and said approved but nothing from coinbase. I contacted chat Dave immediately responded ask for my wallet address and I had my money in less than a hr. Dave assured me this is how it would be in the future said players would receive cash outs almost instantly.

Thank you Jaro and the staff at casino guru you went above and beyond.

Yes but will use caution and withdraw often. I talked with a cpl of ppl today. Both admitted their had been issues but said they were determined not to make mistakes again. I flat ass accused then of stealing they did not have mych defense. I will give them a try I got my $ so I am ahead. But will need to

build trust up again

Great news from which I am excited. I know it often takes a long time for this casino, but the important thing at this point is that you got your money and now you can decide whether you want to stay here or play elsewhere.

However, could I also ask you to mention this fact in your complaint and write that you have made a successful withdrawal ? I'd be really grateful and it could be closed.

I wasn't even expecting that you would get to your money to tell you the truth, but apparently something has moved in the casino and I would be very happy if it would stay that way and the withdrawals would be faster. After all, I can see that both you and the player before are happy with the casino, so it would be a shame if they lost players. 

Of course, you're welcome and we're always willing to help if we can. It always makes me pleased when players write and say that they will get their funds and they are thrilled. 

Anyway, if you decide to give them a chance, feel free to write how it went. I'd probably try it with a small amount and see what happens.
