Unfortunately not all casinos are included in the BetBlocker initiative, so not all of them will be able to do what has been described. Which is a shame because it would be great if it was for more casinos. 

I have seen that both casinos have a safety low index, so I am not surprised by their behaviour and I can understand why it is so difficult for you to close these accounts. Our team will try to help you and hopefully it will be possible. 

However, what did they write back to your emails?

I would also like to point out that I have not seen you reply to Tomas about the other casino Superb, so it would be good if you did so that the complaint would not be closed.

Hi I have written back to everyone for both casino accounts, both casinos have never replied to any of my emails and when I go on live chat they just tell me they can’t get involved and I have to email in 🤦‍♀️

Yes I need my account deleting from Magicwin and Superb bet I have sent over 30 emails since January telling them I have a gambling problem but they won’t reply and both accounts are still open

With this casino, I'm not even surprised. It is probably one of the worst ones on our site. Withdrawing money for so long is not normal and I would probably give up on ever seeing it coming. 

But have you taken any steps to withdraw? I mean, some kind of lawsuit or something?

Hey, if you look at the review of this casino, I would probably say that a lot of players have failed to cash out early. Have you seen it or not? 

Have you been in contact with the casino and have they told you why you didn't get your money or are they ignoring you?
