No the bonus conditions changed and since I won the money they've changed again because I have to accept new terms and conditions before I can even log back into my account. I can't help but feel something changed because I won the money and they're finding a way to not pay me

Kristina waited for the confirmation that you asked the casino to provide it, and the moment you wrote that the casino ignores you, you also mentioned that you were seeking help elsewhere.
From my point of view, it will be best if you ask the complaint to be reopened and state the reason that the casino keeps ignoring you, so you have no chance to acquire the gaming history. Hence you ask us to contact the casino on your behalf.
I believe that your case is worth checking, and we are not fond of closing complaints without even trying to move forward.

Llevo mas de 15 dias tratando de retirar lo que gane en el mega casino eran 1800 no lo pagaron lo rebajaron a 1300 despues de muchas peleas con ellos mandando documentos todo de nuevo a la cuenta mandaron un mail diciendo que todo estaba bien
Que el lunes 27/02/2023 caeria el retiro en la cuenta no cayo nada entonces dijeron que la cuenta estaba mal y que hace unos dias ellos mismos enviaron un mail diciendo que todo estaba bien que el retiro estaba en progreso, tengo los correos electrónicos que quiero alertar a Mega Casino y a los estafadores falsos
los correos electrónicos que me enviaron desde el soporte de mega Casino ahora que ha expirado el período de siete días que dijeron para que el retiro se acreditara en mi cuenta
Enviaron otro correo diciendo que la cuenta está mal como si se quedaran más de 15 días después ellos mismos enviaron un correo diciendo que todo estaba bien mi opinión todos los estafadores y la única palabra que tengo para resumir este mal carácter del Casino
