Anyway, I certainly agree with you and you are right if it should last for 60 days, which according to what you wrote is also not sure if it would be just that long. Could you let me know if this is your situation as well ?

I created my account around 4th of November and had made 30 bets, out of which 25 won. The bets were placed on tier1-2 Esports, NBA and UFC, 5th of November my account got frozen. I emailed the support and was given the closest time of skype call 10.11. After passing the skype call, I was notified that the verification may last up until 60 days from the creation of the account.

I have 1.5day of activity of top tier competition and all of my documents are legitimate, haven't used bonuses, so it's just absurd MostBet takes so long to confirm if I have a fraudulent account or not.


Technically I had my account for 1.5days and it has been frozen for 9 and counting

It's certainly not a comfortable situation to be in. However, seeing that you bet on various sports I must add that we at CasinoGuru do not deal with this area and therefore sports betting because we do not have experts in this area.

I don't like their response that it's a standard procedure of bookmakers to verify users. Yes it is, but it is usually up to one week of your account being frozen, most of the time even less, not 11 days and counting

Account is not blocked....only chat option is blocked as I started abusing them for not giving me eligible First Deposit Bonus...


That too I was polite ...didn't use any abuse for first 3 days which as per chat support team only...that's the turnaround time to get deposit bonus.


But even after 3 days it was not credited so I got pissed off and started abusing them daily for their inability to resolve.


Its 12 th day today and they are still unable to credit my account with Bonus.


Ridiculous.

Hm even though I understand that you are upset that the bonus wasn't credited to you, I don't see it as a positive if you use bad words and insult the chat, because I'm honestly not surprised if you don't have a chance to write. 

On the other hand, I understand that if you have to get a deposit bonus and it is not credited for 3 days, that is not a good thing. So did the casino tell you why it is so and the bonus was not credited to you ?
