Buenas noches, el casino pin-up lleva reteniendo mis fondos por casi 2 meses, además bloqueo mi cuenta sin previo aviso por demorarme unos días en responder un correo (en sus términos y condiciones, especifíca que es 1 mes, no unos cuantos días).

A día de hoy he enviado todo lo que me piden, desde verificación facial hasta todos los estados de cuenta en los que se refleja que he depositado dinero por "PagoEfectivo", sin embargo me siguen reteniendo mis fondos de casi 400USD, necesito ayuda porfavor.
