Well, didn't you try to send them an email explaining the situation and asking how it is and what you should do? You might be able to make a decision based on that, but as I said, from what I've found out, you probably won't be able to get paid form the bonus. So if this is the end of the casino for you and you don't want to play here anymore, then I probably wouldn't deposit either and I would always look into things like this before I play with the bonus. 😥

Planet 7 casino... I don't see anything about Planet 7 OZ Casino on their site.. but regardless it still a scam. Great games great bonuses but jst don't expect to ever get any real money out of them regardless how much $$ you spend.

What I ment to say is, I don't see anything about the "OZ" part. I've personally have been playing at PLANET 7 CASINO... multiple times this week. I tried typing it "PLANET 7 CASINO" but the only thing that came up was "PLANET 7 OZ Casino" but I still wanted to leave some sort of warning to other players/payers/gamblers/Anyone!

I've switched it to the casino that's right. Maybe the review is not showing up for you because it is necessary for the state to have a gambling license to see the casinos in the USA.
Anyway, I've tried it myself and I've seen everything fine. Do you have some money waiting for you or did you try to withdraw and something is wrong?

It's a great site.. with lots of bonuses & many games that keep you winning but it's not until you try to withdraw that you hit a dead end. Yes my withdrawal was denied even after depositing a required $10 crypto in order to withdraw any winnings. But thanks to this site someone is already helping me out to try resolving this issue. Otherwise I would be brushed off like unfortunately alot of other gamers/players have been.

I am having difficulty with Planet7 withdrawal. I did all the steps in their verification process and tried to withdraw my 300... They told me it would only actually be 214 because of bonus maximums. Fine whatever. I just want ANY portion of the 300 to hit my bank account. They keep stalling. I reach out to support and they completely ignore me. The withdraw that was active is in process and they won't tell me why... Any ideas on how to solve this?

Hello, how long have you been waiting, please? You know, holidays or vacations seem to be a common reason for casino delays, especially now. Do you think there is some other reason? When it comes to delays, there isn't much that can be done about them. The casinos frequently have to catch up on their own. 🙁

According to our information, this casino pays its players. Whenever there are some winnings from a no-deposit bonus, they need to verify the player's payment method, and that is why they ask for a verification deposit. As long as it is some low amount, we believe it is ok.

While attempting to withdraw, I verified my wallet, and attempted to verify my identity, which i recieved this response from the support chat:
We regret to inform you that your casino access has been revoked. The decision is, unfortunately, irreversible. Any casino account can be closed solely at our discretion as part of our policies to ensure game fairness, the safekeeping of company assets, and our third-party payment service providers.
which seems unfair, as I followed all the rules, and have not broken any terms and conditions. Everything seemed to be going fairly smooth until this.
