I'm pleased that you mentioned this in your complaint and try to wait for some time for recommendations because if your deposit has to be wagered 10x, it is too much in my opinion. Especially when you had to use a different method, not because of your mistake. 🤔

Thanks, I’ve literally done everything they asked and more. Regardless of the wagering, I’m really not in a position to deposit anymore money, especially when I’m going to lose a good chunk after currency conversion etc. I’ve not heard anything about my complaint for a few days. I’m a patient person, it’s just so frustrating when it’s no fault of mine. I believe if they want to, they absolutely can payout my money without me having to deposit again. We shall see! Thankyou for your feedback 😀

You won't lose that much with the currency conversion probably about £10 it would be a shame to lose your profit to these SLIMY SLUGS casino operators. If you only have to wager x10 your crypto deposit and not your £250 winnings email me on Wednesday at nigeljc59@gmail.com and I will help you out if you want. Can't do anything before Wednesday. Don't worry, Nick's doing everything he can to get to you. However, we get a lot of complaints from our team, so sometimes it takes a little while, but you'll definitely have an answer soon. 

Nevertheless, we'll see how it goes and what the casino will tell you again and what will be needed. I hope you will get your money without any further troubles. 🙂

Hi everyone, just a quick update for you. Rollino have replied to my complaint on here saying I won’t need to deposit to withdraw, so I’ve made the withdrawal to crypto wallet which is still pending from this morning. Just checked my emails and was greeted with this

given that I’m verified and not allowed to withdraw to my bank account, which is what started it all, I feel insulted that they would ask for all these details! What do you guys think?

SLIMY considering your withdrawing to a crypto wallet but at least you haven't got to deposit so just send them what they want and get your hands on the cash!! 😁

😆😆😆 do you not think it’s really weird though? They want screenshots, which my bank doesn’t allow, it just shows up as a black screen. Also they want me to hand write the information aswell, it’s really bizarre 🙃

Send them a pdf of your bank statement first page with all your details on it. They are obviously trying to make it as difficult as possible for but persevere. You can't take screenshots on any banking app explain

Thanks for the update, I think I would have done as nigeljc59 said. I would work with the casino and provide what is required and I firmly believe that you will be able to make a smooth withdrawal after that. 

Let us know when you have successfully verified that everything went well and you managed to get the money. 🤞😊

Hi jaro, do you not think what they’re asking for is strange? They want the information but also want it in handwriting? Also they don’t make withdrawals to bank accounts so the information is irrelevant to them. They have proof of my identity and adress. It’s just weird

I’ve sent everything they asked for, as my bank doesn’t allow screenshots I’ve sent a screenshot of the first page of my bank statement containing all of the details they requested. They won’t accept this and want a screenshot!

There is a way download your bank statement to a free pdf reader open it and take a screenshot of the first page with all your details on it. It works I just done it. It is strange as most casinos want pdf. Anyway your close hopefully so good luck

That is exactly what I’ve done! They want a screenshot of my online banking profile whilst I’m logged in, containing all the information that is on the statement! My head is going to fall off!

Can't do that, so I think they are being nasty the CRETINS. Like you said your now not withdrawing to your bank account so why would they insist on such information when you now have a crypto wallet to withdraw to. I'm stuck as to what to advise now.

The only documents I have ever been asked to provide and I've joined a lot!! of casinos is proof of ID = passport. Proof of address I send a pdf of bank statement and method of payment = front and back of debit card. None of the nonsense you are being asked to provide. 😡
