Hi, did the casino tell you any reason why the withdrawal is still pending ? Have you verified here yet or was it not necessary ? Have you had any successful withdrawals before ? 

I am asking these questions because we give casinos a full 14 days to sort out everything necessary and send the money to the player. If they fail to do so then we will try to help if you file a complaint.

si he hecho tres retiros mas y me pagaron normalmente.. si me he hecho la identificacion les envié todos los papeles y me los aceptaron todos.. no porque no tuve tiempo de retirar mi dinero porque me cerraron la cuenta por no hay razon.. No se la razon por la que se hace esto simplemente no quieren pagar porque son ladrones
