I will gladly remind you that you have not proven the casino has cheated. That is the only point here.

Thanks for the tip - I've read the bible, actually several versions. I'm entirely sure if Jesus ever lived, he has never acted like you do now.

I absolutely have! You can see it very clearly that I pressed the right button in the video. Every on that site knows they are getting preyed upon.

there is not a single doubt that they aren’t scamming on that site.

funny how one week a glitch wouldn’t affect outcome but the next when I get a win they claimed it was a glitch.

look at you protecting these scammers. If there was a site to rate casino.guru then I’d be there right now. Instead I’ll just make some videos for social networks or something to fill in time until I know if I’ll be getting what I’m owed or if I’ll be going out with a statement!

Sent them the video. no doubt little will be said about it and some obvious excuse will be forthcoming. But it’s sooooo f-ing obvious wtf is going on. Other than that video I’ve had hours of footage but people wouldnt realise how badly they’re cheating until they actually play and after a few million dollars I can most certainly guarantee that BCGAME is cheating, if not all other casinos.

I hope anyone who reads this understands how honest I am speaking and that I save them some further issues in their own lives.

Also I hope any operators or whoever else that read this understand that I’m serious when I say if my reimbursement isn’t forthcoming soon, I will be aiming to make such a big impact on your industry that it shocks and affects all of you. I don’t expect to see the results but I’m positive on the outcomes

I believe it is pretty clear we are not responsible for your problem. As far as I can conclude, even the regulator could not help you. Due to this fact and all our previous conversations, I ask you one last time to stop being offensively ungrateful. We can't help everybody. At least we always try what seems to be far more than the usual regulator does, and for the moment, I'm not just talking about your case.

Hi Grant,

The casino will only be penalized once the licensing authority provides a clear statement confirming that the casino has violated the rules. What was the CIL’s decision? I'm afraid we won't make any progress if you keep avoiding the question. If the CIL decided in favor of the casino, your complaint will be rejected.

CIL wrote to me saying BCGAME said they’d already explained it to me, near 24hrs BEFORE BCGAME even mentioned anything about it. IT DOESNT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. file

It actually says the games are ok. I'm sorry, but obviously, there isn't much to do about that.

I reckon you responded to that, so - Is there any update from CIL? Because if not, they simply do not care, and the result remains the same.

As I can see, the CIL also mentioned that "However, we will continue to monitor this matter closely".

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to confront them with this statement - they are responsible.

look I wasn’t thinking or hoping to come here and be rude or accuse anyone at casino guru. I was actually feeling somewhat of a better outlook after hearing of you

But from my point of view it just seems like either youse are part of the corruption & will continue to deny what is happening here,

or you honestly just haven’t paid enough attention too understand what this looks like in mine eyes and many other peoples eyes.

You say they say the games are ok. Like that proves anything? They also said BCGAME provide me a detailed explanation which was untrue e seeing as BCGAME did speak to me till 23hrs later and when they did it was not detailed at all and was quite ridiculous.

I did write back they didn’t reply but their lawyer contacted mine again this week

How is judgement on this case challenging in the slightest?

I’ve provided well over enough evidence showing how this has all played out and I still have more.

Hello.

I have a discussion about your situation with Daniel, we are both convinced you grew more hostile not on purpose but because of the twists in the complaint.

I understand you feel frustrated and to you, it seems like we do not care.

It is actually quite the opposite, I personally went through all BC.Games complaints to find any other similar cases. You are almost the only one who kept proceeding. The others stopped responding, which inevitably must result in a closed complaint without further discussion.

I tried to explain many times - without proof, there is nothing we can do. It also concerns your case. I do not know what the casino rep has or has not stated about CIL, we can't pursue authority and as far as I know, we also have nothing solid to investigate further.

According to your screenshot, CIL claimed they are going to monitor the situation further. What are we supposed to do with this statement? It says literally nothing to the subject.

Keep it up with the layer, this is another step we can't take. I wish you a great deal of luck.

Just stop spamming our social media profiles, if I may ask. Despite the fact you've called me many names, we are still talking about the issue here, so keep it at least reasonable.

I'm concerned about the casino's safety index as much as you do. But I don see under the surface, this is the forum - not the complaint thread, I can't explain further than I already have many times before.

One way or another,

this is my last and final warning - stop being rude, or I'll hide those offensive posts and lock this thread up.
