Is anyone bothering to email casinos directly with refund requests using the letter templates?

Since we’re emailing the merchants emailing the casino can’t do any harm?

Most likely they will ignore it tbh. However, it is in their interest to fix as they are charged fees by payment processors for chargebacks.

They dont pay back anybody. So they are not intresting.


Quickbit should be informed to the swedish authorities and finansinspektionen/skatteverket.

Submit a complaint. If its rejected the contact the Ombudsman. Not much else you can do.

You need to ask the bank for their complaints form - they will then ask you to detail the complaint to them, same with the ombudsman if it goes that far so no templates as such. Just need to explain around the fact that merchants haven't responded, no goods or services provided, no receipts, MCC code wrong etc.

Yes i tried chargeback for goods not received and then the bank changed it to binary trading dispute without actually talking to me about it i just received a email 3 days after starting the dispute, as for baises i depsoited money in won more then deposited wanted to withdraw casino asked me to resend my info address bank card etc day after tried to log on account was locked online chat could not tell me why my account was closed to went down the chargeback route
