Did you contact them to ask the reason why the blocked you ? Don't know maybe u should try to talk with them 1st also mind about deposit bonus normally casinos will ask you to play an amount of money to be able to withdraw like if you deposit 10 then they have something like X20 that means you have to play 200 before u be able to withdraw

Lo que encontré muy extraño es que esperan a que hagas el depósito y luego bloquean la cuenta, sospecho esto 😕, la cuenta tuvo tiempo de bloquearse antes de tomar mi $$.
