Seems like a good casino. I read a lot of positive reviews. My review is neutral at the moment and subject to change depending on my withdrawals. They advertise 10 min avrg cashout times. I have multiple withdrawls pending now past the 24 hour mark. They say in the TC that most withdrawals are withing the hour. Full disclosure, I did not take a match bonus or promo. Won 2k, max withdrawal is only $530 CAD per day. They advertise no limits on payouts so kind of disappointing to see this. I will update once my payments are completed and hopefully I can bump my rating up to very positive from neutral. It would be nice if the casino can respond to review to clarify the withdrawal process from what's advertised.

I have an update while this review is pending.
I had 2 more withdrawals, after about 2 days all my payments came though successfully. Happy to see the last one came pretty much as advertised, instant! Hopefully the casino can stay consistent on payments. This is why players choose casinos like this. Players want smooth quick transactions both ways.
I've adjusted my rating to very positive from neutral.

Made a few deposits now. Got my first withdrawal but takes long. Chatted up support as terms says 3 business days to process. My cashout is now pending over that time frame. Will adjust my rating once I get paid. It's always a big turn off when casinos don't pay on time. I've probably made 10 deposits so far if not more, this wait may make me choose to play elsewhere.

Chat support said nothing they can do to help.
Cashed out but pending for almost 3 days. Then reversed cashout without any email of communication as to why. Chat said try another payments system. I used internet to deposit and interac to withdrawal. Anyways, I played it to zero as it was only a small amount rather than deal with casinos that play stall tactics. Seems very sketchy as a new player. I would not play here. So many other great casinos that don't pull these tactics with players.

Waited 2 hours and never got my promo. Was told by support they would email me and that the Queen of Spades is sometimes in a bad mood. Been about 10 days since I signed up, made a few deposits with bonus and without bonus.
I came 3rd place in their tournament and won a cash prize $147, got email about it but no money in my account. I did chat support twice an all they say is wait a little longer lol.

Bitwin, don't send your customers a congratulations email saying "click here for your prize" without a prize. I knew I had won 3rd already as it was in profile. I'd also like to mention that their site says tournament prizes are rewarded automatically when tournament ends. We will see how long it takes. I like the layout and games here but I may pause on deposits to see how this pends out. I'll leave neutral rating and will come back to adjust later.
