my boyfriend played in this casino. a couple of years ago I registered and forgot my password. because I had two nonbooks. the password was on another and without thinking, I created another account. Yes, I had vpn turned on at that time.

but the problem is not in this a year later, when I almost reached level 19 and spent enough resources, I was suddenly blocked by my account. что случилась на этот раз о вы не поверите

в очередной раз зашла на сайт и пришло оповещение с телеграм что мол бонус я вместо того чтобы свернуть окно вниз и зайти в телеграм на моем рабочем столе компьютера я нажала на телеграм значек на сайте а он небыл привязан к акаунту сайта но при этом я вижу свою фотографию в телеграм канале нажимаю и вхожу в телеграм вернее отдельое окно на рабочем столе копирую бонусный код возврааюсь и тут меня выкидывает с моего акаунта и офтамотический создает новый акаунт с входом через телеграм с нулевым балансом  пыталась войти в свой аккаунт и все ваш аккаунт заблокирован вы мошеница и тому подобное .и ответ каторый я получила мы провели раследования вы нарушили .я ничего не нарушала сознательно не заполняла даные чтобы создать новый акаунт я что дура у меня каждый день бонусы зачем мне созовать новый нулевой акаунт кароче говоря есче 40 тысяч долоров примерно потрать дура чтоб доити до уровня 22 что бы мы тебе дали два бакса в сутки абсурдность в том что они прекрасно знают

что половина их клиентуры входит через впн 

слово раследования обсурдно ведь технически осведомленный чеовек знает что их програмистам стоит ввести акаунт аннаклаб или ганнаклаб или тот который система создала офтамотически нажав на значек инстаграм и вся активность видна кагда сколько икуда и какой адрес я не надеюсь что мой акаунт удастся разблокировать но все же надесь

Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

спасибо за ранее.проблема не в деньгах там остался один доллар.проблема в том что когда я зарегистрировалась и пополняла счет им было все равно с какой ты страны подклюаешся ну как только твой акаунт становится убыточным они вдруг впоминают что ты с запрешенной страны но при этом блокируют тебе аккаунт на который были вложены не малые деньги .я приведу вам простой пример для того чтобы достичь 22 уровня как в моем случаи на сумму 375 тысяч долларов вы должны сделать стаки чтобы достичь 22 уровня 

это они мошенники весь год когда я вкладывала и выигравала и тратила их устраивало все и им было насрать что я из турцыии и пользуюсь впн случайность в том что два раза подряд  дойдя до уровней 20-22 потратив почти полмиллиона долларов вам говорят вы не всписке разрешеных стран тупо прикрываясь типа соглашением вот вам еще одно фото  вот нну пока третий уровень когда дойдет до 20 я не удевлюсь что они вспомнят опять что я с запрешенной страны nовый аккаунт тоже я в турции через впн играю дальше вот сделанные депозиты спасибо за потраченное время просто хотела чтобы многие были вкурсе

However, we accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well.

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds (or winnings) have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country. Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem that this is the case here (but correct me if I am wrong, please).
