The casino is not communicating. There is no live chat, the only way is to create a ticket and wait for the reply which seems to never come. I also found an email but no reply as well. But I read that other users had the same issue where the withdrawal is automatically rejected every 3 hours. In my case that is the same way, so it is most likely automatic. But the biggest red light is that the casino is not communicating. When I contacted them first time which was not regarding the withdrawal they replied within an hour, now no reply. So it is obvious they reply when they want a player to make a deposit. This is clearly a scam casino and more and more people will lose their money and time.

Regarding the documents my account has been verified. You are not able to request a withdrawal with this casino without having documents verified. When you go to withdrawal you are momentarily asked to upload the documents.

That is the problem, they will not communicate with your team as well. I can see there is an active complaint already and the casino has left a day to reply and I am certain they will not because there are also complaints on askgamblers and the casino did not communicate with them as well. The first request was last week on Wednesday and now they have declined the withdrawal request for 29 times. And as stated before, they do not reply.

That is an example of a scam casino. I will probably open the complaint so that at least the casino rating would get down faster so other people wouldn't be fooled as I was

Even though it is surely just a personal decision to submit the complaint or not, every time players choose to skip that option, this casino won't get the black points reserved for uncooperative casinos. Providing valuable feedback on the forum or through the user review is great thing to do, yet submitting a complaint against already suspicious casino is also a good step. I imagine the benefit for your personality is not so convincing, but still, it holds value for the overall perspective.

For the time being, all I can say is that I am sorry to see unlucky players every time a casino is about to have its Safety Index fall. I hope the management will soon decide to cooperate and will no longer see things the same way.
