Al intentar retirar por segunda vez me rechazan el pago y me dicen que van a pasarlo a la central de finanzas y que solo espere. No me llega ni un correo ni una respuesta del porque pasa eso y como lo soluciono ya que quiero retirar mi dinero

I think the situation is pretty clear, or at least you provided a good clue, I'd say.

Maybe the casino's platform does not support several open withdrawal requests hence, you just need to submit the second request after the first one is carried out.

What do you think about that? 🤔

Ya hice muchas solicitudes y todas son rechazadas, el primer retiro que hice fue hace unos dias y no hubo inconvenientes, es mas, es 5 minutos ya tenia el dinero en mi cuenta

Can you perhaps try a different payment option? I reckon no explanation from financials yet, correct? Well, let's give them a few working days, I would not be surprised if guys from finances don't work on weekends. 🤔

Hi, so today after i won my bet i got logged out and blocked on site. When i contact support he say i used more than 1 account what is not true. Did someone have same situation like me? Can someone pls help me? I don't wanna lose my money cuz of their mistake

But I have to ask, you say that after your bet the casino blocked your account. Are we talking about sports betting in this case or did you play any slots or other games?

I've processed 2 withdrawals on GG.bet last Sept 19, 2023. the first withdrawal was 49.98 USD and the 2nd one was right after a few hours worth 100 USD. I've been contacting their live support and they always tell me I have to wait not more than 5 business days to get my withdrawal, it's September 26, 2023, but I still didn't get my withdrawal. And now they are telling me that the time to process the withdrawal is now "UNKNOWN". Can someone please enlighten me on what is happening? This is the first time I experienced something like this, last time I used GG.bet it's not like this. Thanks a lot

Hi, I've moved your post under the casino in question. As for your situation, it's certainly not pleasant if the casino gave you a deadline and didn't meet it, but I don't think there's any reason to think negatively yet. We give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawal requests, so you'll probably have to be patient for a while. 

However, as for the live chat response, did they give any reason why suddenly the withdrawal process will be with unknown status ?

Im not really sure, last time they told me that it was no more than 5 business days, and i can get my money. I believed that, I waited for it. and then after 8 days I think, i chatted them again to ask for an update and maybe an information about an estimated time atleast, and then they told me that the standard timeframe has been exhausted and they dont have exact information about when is the exact or approximation of they said payment provider to be completed on their part.

Nothing yet. They replied again earlier, I asked them about the withdrawal, they said that my 2 withdrawals have been successfully approved, and that the "PAYMENT SERVICE" is still processing it. And that he will send a message to their financial department because its taking so long now. I just want to get my withdrawal. Thanks

Oh, not so convincing from my point of view. Even though I always hope submitting a complaint will not be necessary, I'd say let's be prepared. I think you've made a good step by creating one. I know it does not sound like much for now, but still, be assured that if the casino fails to pay the winnings in the next 6-7 days, Kristina will push the case.
