Hola, ese es el problema mayor, que no te dan ninguna explicación. El 24 de junio pido el retiro, el 25 me piden verificación con documentos y el 26 me llega el mail que esta todo verificado. Cambia el estado del retiro de "pendiente" a "en curso" y a los 2 dias me llega un mail que el retiro falló. De ahi en mas voy haciendo 4 retiros mas que estan 2 dias en "pendiente" y luego dicen que falló sin dar explicacion alguna. Ahora probe depositar para ver si destrababa la situación y tampoco me deja como que la cuenta me la han dejado sin poder hacer nada ni retirar ni depositar. Y en atención al cliente solo te dicen que lo pasan al departamento correspondiente pero nunca te contactan de dicho departamento. Muy mala experiencia y hace pensar que no voy a poder sacar nunca el dinero.

I am talking from personal experience that they pay but they have a long list sometimes from the hits. They seem limited. But they always pay. Just give it some time. ojala que asi sea pero esta siendo muy raro. tengo para retirar aproximadamente 12000 dolares. pero lo que me desalienta es que estaba verificado, la plata se habia debitado de la cuenta y luego fallo una y otra vez. luego me dijeron que faltaba algo de verificacion siendo que ya estaba bien y me habian debitado la plata. ahora estoy como el primer dia con el retiro en pendiente y esperando. ya llevo 2 semanas esperando y no me dicen que es lo que falla.

W/e it was u bet on, on largw sums, they say it on TOS that they will pay u 5k (i think it is) in one month and rest next month, till the full sum is paid. They keep a waiting list. I stil believe they will pay, but might take a while. Sadly, this is the type of casino they run. They seem to have limited funds or dont want to bankrupt the casino so they put a waiting list.
There is nothing you can do. Just wait. Maybe will take 2 or 3 months but they seem to pay. Again, they delayed my 100$ for 3weeks ao go figure lol. You best learn to play with crypto. I didnt want to file here for a claim so I have considered the money I had with them gone. No point for 120$. I only play slots. GL and give it some time! 🤗
