Quick update!

This Casino is a real joke!

they reverted back the amount to my account for the second time after 6 days form the second withdrawal date!

me: yes i have a huge problem can you check my account?

me: can you look into my account and please check what is wrong?

Support: I do not see anything wrong

me: its a huge problem with the withdrawal process, its been 2 times i request a withdrawal , wait a week and see the money reverted back into my account

the first time the support told me that it was an error with your payment gateway

that sent me the money and for some reason reverted back to my account

then the financial department decided to ignore my request and putted back the amount into my account

i requested for a second time and again!

Support: As far as I can see withdrawal was cancelled. I advise you to use a bank transfer the payment method. This one usually works

My first question is regarding the name of the casino: why is it called quickwin while your financial department does not process winnings? What is exactly quick at your casino?

I have requested 2 weeks ago a withdrawal from your casino, after waiting for 5 days my withdrawal was reverted back to my account.

I have opened a chat conversation with the "support" that told me that your payment processor initiated the transfer and that it has been returned to the casino because of an error. (I have a chat transcript for this)

I would like you please to provide me with the proof of this transaction. Featuring the date, my IBAN, and the reason it was rejected (because to my knowledge, once a wire transfer initiated it takes weeks to revert back!

I asked for my withdrawal to be processed in priority, as your payment processor made an error from his side, so that my second request does not take another 5 days to be "processed". My request was completely ignored. - Why? 

- When did the second withdrawal request was processed and can you provide proof for this?

- Who allows you to cancel a withdrawal that has a full clear IBAN?

- I did not receive any email from your financial department. Why? For the second time?

Finally can you please point where in your terms and conditions it’s stipulated that if player registers at your casino, deposits, opt in for the 200 free spins (supposedly credited daily for a period of 10 days)

the original amount was 156 euros... yesterday after they reverted the amount to my account i played a little and lost 106 euros; (exactly what they wanted) still i have requested for the third time 50 euros to be transferred to my account...


money is not an issue, i loose thousands every year, i just want to make sure they get the correct advertising for what they are doing to me and other players. What bothers me is that they think they can tell you to fuck off! in a nice way.

how can i attack them legally and request proofs of transfer? i have chat transcripts as well

This Casino is a scam, I put in approx. $300 and had a considerable win on the slots.


Since then they keep refunding my withdrawal's (of which you can only withdrawal $800 at a time)

They continually claim you have put wrong payment details which is incorrect, they don't answer emails , they don't do verification. Their chat hosts are very difficult and unfriendly, they will not put you thru to their finance dept.


Keep away, I have given up hope of ever getting a cent back from these frauds

Good evening, no bonus at all , I deposited a few lots of $100


I have asked several times by live chat and emailing support what the exact issue is, they cannot give a answer, all I get is a generic email everytime they reject my withdrawal saying my "bank details are incorrect" and they refund my money back into my account without explanation


This has been going on everyday for nearly a week now....
