Hello. I'm sorry, but I still do not understand what the issue is exactly. Your account is fully verified, and the casino still needs some additional documentation from you. Is that right? Sometimes the reason for not accepting documents could be that they are in the wrong format or even of bad quality.

that's what's strange, I got approved first. but still I'm not allowed to withdraw the money as they want additional information about me that I have to upload and show.file

As I have explained, I have shown everything that is wanted the photos are new but they won't let me withdraw my money isn't this a rogue casino and how can I get help

I would like help to get my current balance paid as soon as possible. I started withdrawing my winnings almost two weeks ago but so far they have only been willing to transfer €500 twice with great difficulty. I now have a balance of €6500 and I don't want it to wait months to pay me out the whole balance. Of course, my account is fully verified.

Why they doing this? How to accelerate the process? According to their terms and conditions they should proceed €1500/day. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your fast reply here. As the current terms and conditions say at Snatch (from their website) players only request 3 times €500 in every 24 hours. However they don’t proceed payments at all in 24 hours. Support is kind but the referring to their Finance Department and say they working on it blabla, but no exact explanation. So they don’t really give any true support. You think it might worth to start complaining through Casino Guru? Appreciate your help.

When exactly have you requested the withdrawal, please? Our complaint team is able to intervene only after the 14-day timeframe, actually.🤔

Curently 3 withdrawals are pending, the oldest from 22/05. However if I wait two weeks with my complain, how long gonna be to receive the total balance of €6500? I would like to have my funds asap, even with their rule I should have it already.

No explanation at all. I have a few screenshots from chatting with support. I can share here, basically they asking my patience and asking me to do not request more withdrawals till the pending 3 is done lol. I asked them

to tell me how long gonna be to receive €6500 total, they said maybe a week 😂 they cant even transfer €1000 a week. Should I start the complaint process then?

There is no need to post the screenshots here. I hope they will really be able to pay you out soon.

If you submit your complaint now, it will be put on hold anyway until the 14 days pass, so I would recommend you wait a bit, and hopefully the complaint won't be necessary. What do you say?

If I may step in, according to the casino's response, the requirements are clearly stated. Did you provide the documents accordingly, please?

According to the email, it is a screenshot of your banking account details - online banking, or a bank statement showing your full address. I presume all documents you have provided so far should contain the very same address, if not, it may cause an issue.

Additionally, when did you provide these? Because it may take some time to pass the final check. Your withdrawals stay in pending mode until this additional verification has finished.

Sorry, but I really do not have an answer to your question. I guess we would need to wait to see the outcome.🤷‍♀️
