Now I see! 🙂 It's just a single gambling license, I find that rather confusing earlier, but now I understand. The second one does not count as the gambling license, though I have never heard about the XCM - or my memory is leaking again - now I'm briefed.👍

Kahnawake license is for prestige and more countries 😉 only US are excluded i think, all in all have good day!

All in all Uberlucky become scam site 🙂 They change all players from Poland information about country on Australia and confiscate all money 🙂 whole Family pot is scam 🙂 Now i have no personal details on profil no money and no history 🙂 GReat! 🙂 What now casino guru 🙂

Casino not response on casino guru comlaints 🙂 in past there is one case on >60000 euro and 8 months status unresolved 🙂 Casino reputation 8/10 but... casino dont response... and only way is made complain to regulator 🙂 8/10 is fake 😉 Casino do not cooperate with casino guru 😉 in past 2 other casino from Familypot (uberlucky owner) disappear with customers money 🙂 beaver from all Familypot B.V. casinos 😉

Scam site. Confiscated money probably from all customers from Poland in the same time. They changed manually my address to Australia and wrote that i broke point 7.2 T&C. Australia is restricted. I lost around 1700€ on Uberlucky.

Just got mail, that my balance is fully confiscated, and I can't do nothing. Whole Familypot B.V (Betzerk, Uberlucky and Histakes.io) have the same practise. Be carefull. All FAMILYPOT B.V sites is scam. Other nations will face the same in the future.

First of all - we don't promote this casino anywhere. We're an online casino database. That means we have all casinos on the website and we try to have as many as we can in the database.

Secondly, when we say the casino accepts players from Poland, that it means the casino gave us this information during the last update that was lastly made a year ago.

Regarding the big complaint case you mentioned - I forwarded it to Matej who was in charge of the complaint. The player didn't get to us with the reply from the authority, but I want to make sure it was closed properly even after the 8 months so thank you for pointing this out.

HAHAHAHA after receiving 10 complaints in the last 2 weeks casino.guru decided to improve casino's ranking from 8.0 to 8.2. Just say that you are cooperating with uberlucky and all you do is baiting players to play there and then share the stolen funds that's actually ridiculous XD

Casino guru for cooperative money will advertise any scam here. Hundreds of complaints about uberlucky and money confiscation for no reason in the last week is a very good reason for them to increase the rating from 8.0 to 8.2 xDDDDD Well done casino guru good job.

and what about raise stars for uberlucky from 8 to 8.2 after confiscate money? 🙂 what is the answer for this situation? 🙂 Changing natiolity from Poland to Australia, no responding on email 🙂 holding customers data, id copy, cards numbers 🙂 wallet numbers, name, surname... selfie 🙂 why raiting go up not go down? 🙂 explain this 🙂 In Poland we dont like Kaczyński maybe this is the answer xd i wonder this guy is from Poland 🙂 Pavel Kaczynski 🙂 ask him why hi raise uberlucky after confiscate money by uberlucky 🙂 maybe this is "czeski błąd" and he should to lower ranking but hi rais him up xd

nice insights, but our ratings are not fake. It is just a small coincidence, 3 days ago their review was updated, and their rating has increased indeed. At that time, there was only 1 unresolved complaint, waiting for the regulator (no impact on rating). After the update, we added a few external complaints, and we closed 1 internal complaint as 'unresolved'. The change does not come into effect instantly. It is usually done every Wednesday, and it is the same with UBERLucky Casino, their rating will be 5.6 QUESTIONABLE from next Wednesday (19/04/2023). Let me know if you have further questions.

Man... they change nationality from Poland to Australia without informing players about this... and they did not informing casino guru to... and now Casino guru get knowledge about this (not accepting players from Poland without informing them about this) and raise up ranking and change casino from "accept players from Poland" to... "casino not accept players from Poland" 🙂 Somebody from casino guru was informed about this change? 🙂 If not... why this is in update? 🙂 and why ratings go up? 🙂

There is no contact with uberlucky. They not responding to any complaints posted here. They have everything deep in the ass and the casino guru increases their rating anyway. Ridiculous.

It always takes time, in this case, next Wednesday you will see that UBERLucky Casino will have a much lower rating. The complaints and their unresponsiveness are serious issues, we certainly do not ignore them. It is just about our internal processes. UBERLucky may "wake up", and ask for a reopening, we are still trying to reach them through all the channels we have, in order to help you.


If they fail to cooperate, their rating will drop to 5,6 by next Wednesday. Additionally, if the rest of the opened complaints end up unresolved, their rating will decrease even lower.

You dont answer on my question... if you have knowledge about this (they dont accept players from Poland, they dont informed us about this and casino guru to...) why rating go up not down after update this week? 🙂 Next Wednesday 5,6 and what in 2 weeks? 🙂

To just simply answer your question, your complaints are still open, and we only do penalize the closed ones since your issues can still be resolved.


The rating dropped, not because of your complaints but others we found with our update, it just takes time till our system recognizes all the changes. But it will be automatically done next Wednesday.


Regarding your situation, I just got confirmation from one casino representative that they are going to participate.
