I believe they did not inform us about this change, although it would be nice it is not standard.

ok, still do not understand why rating goes up 🙂 i will contact with you after complains close (or maybe not.. i am doing everything by myself xD), because i doubt uberlucky will answer 🙂 i can always create account in other familypot casino to lower rating and inform people about this xD money is not everything... clear conscience is good enough for me 🙂

  1. On 10/4/2023, the review was updated just because we do regular updates, the rating was slightly increased (8,2) but the change was visible on 12/4/2023.
  2. On 12/4/2023, we did a regular check of the external complaints, found some, and added them. The closest rating transfers are next Wednesday, 19/4/2023. Their planned drop to questionable, if they will not cooperate.
  3. Your issues so far have no effect on their rating/review, only if they end up unresolved.

I gave it one more try 😀. This situation does not happen often, so I understand why it is so confusing.

for me it happen many times i am not confusing I'm used to it especially when i find casino on casino guru page xD i am wonder what they want to say xD i am open 24/7 for them waiting for answer but after 2 weeks they did not explain me why they confiscate my money xD

If they solve the complaints or prove to us that they were irrelevant, their rating will stay/return to 8,2. But, it is not only about the ones that are open but also already closed ones.

Why does this site have such a high average after so many negative reviews and complaints?!!

The whole fraudulent procedure has been described by many people - the same pattern.

I have similar situation with Allegro in Poland 🙂 Its work like that (or it should work like that but it not work on me xD). Some company on Allegro hiding information about deliveries of products from abroad (most from China, delivery more than 2 weeks and probably from Alibaba...). You are the buyer... and after you buy something and pay company let you know that the shipment will arrive in 14-21 days ore something like that... (or even not informing you...). You are asking why and company say "The shipment is from aboard". You are angry and you start to complaints to allegro... Company will refund you money and case is close 🙂 No trace and no information for next customer about this what happened in past... You are happy because you get you money back, company are happy because nothing change... and allegro are happy because customer are happy (allegro helped customer - it should looks like that) and they got money from company. But next customer dont have knowledge what can happen 🙂 But... if this happen to me i never close complaints even if i reciv my money xD It was years ago but... these same patent is used here (and in many place 😉) 🙂 this is Socio technique and i got 5 from sociology (i manipulate dr Sociology xD because i am a lite bit crazy as you can see here xD) Now customer law change (especially in begin of these year) and hiding such a important information in front of customers and help in this is authentication crime xd Man that is the longest post i have wrote in english and i never learn english xD and only few time i use google translate xD i lern this language watching tv not even think about this xD

They write back quickly.. xDDD I see that not only many Polish players have cheated, but they also deceive and cheat the administration of the casino guru. There are no answers to all disputes and it will remain so because there are no arguments for manually changing the country of account registration from Australia to Poland and it was a simple scam

It's nice to see that casino's rating got lower. But once again I ask you to link together Uberlucky casino and Betzerk casino, they are run by the same owner. Others casinos are link with each other if the owner is the same, I don't know why these 2 are not.

Uberlucky supuestamente pagó dinero mediante transferencia bancaria el 2 de mayo, hasta el momento no se ha recibido dinero. ¡En el chat solo estás estancado y confrontado con diferentes declaraciones! Yo también puse denuncia!


Actualización: ahora se informa que el dinero se está devolviendo a la cuenta del jugador.
