Hey, based on what you wrote, it would probably be wisest to file a complaint. However, it would also be advisable if it didn't end up like almost all of yours, which is that you stop replying to our team. 

As far as the casino itself is concerned, you were allowed to register and play here even though they don't accept Spaniards ? Did you also tell the casino that you're a gambling addict? Were you able to reopen your account there? 

If so, I probably wouldn't have waited with the complaint and would have gone for it.

Yes, yes and yes I told the casino that I was addicted and I have the email and the screenshot and the next day they reopened my account they let me deposit and bet I have all the evidence, hey, you find out.

So it's not right of the casino if you entered all your details truthfully and they know you're a Spanish and even reopened your account, so I'd go with my complaint recommendation. 

Our team will try to help you and I hope you will be able to close your account for good.

The damage even if they close the account for a Spanish player with addiction after reopening it knowing it is almost like death and it is done not only is it enough for them to close it, it cannot stay like this so that it continues to happen to more people.

I don't think you should be able to reopen an account that has already been closed or create a new one with the same data. 

So it's good that you've filed a complaint and we'll see how it all turns out. If you have something new don't hesitate to let us know. I firmly believe that you will be able to resolve everything with this casino.

Yes, you can see that here too that the casino still has no license. If a new one is acquired but the casino does not get it, it will still be shown in our review. 

However, the license does not have a direct influence on the safety index, so just because the casino does not have it, it does not mean that it will have a much smaller one from now on. 

Nevertheless, I can see that the casino has a lot of open complaints and if our team finds out that the casino made a mistake and gets black points, then its safety index will change.

It's frustrating that these companies, even though they're part of the same group, operate separately to dodge negative reviews. They use this separation to their advantage, allowing problem gamblers to sign up on their other sites, effectively keeping the money flowing in despite the issues.


Casino guru should be always standing up for players and lumping Santeda into the one entity and forget their affiliation money

Tienes toda la razón del mundo en lo que dices y ya me han asesorado para hacerlo por una vía que hasta hora desconocía y que me han aconsejado puede dar muy buenos resultados con estas empresas pero esto no se va a quedar así.
