Es que no tengo manera de escribirles ya que han cerrado mi cuenta, debido a una queja que inicie con uds, debido a que hice un deposito, lo perdí, hice otro, gane una pequeña diferencia pero me asegure de haber puesto en juego x3 lo depositado asi estaba en condiciones de retirar, la cuestión que cuando gestione el retiro a los dos dia me bloquearon la cuenta y no pude tener mas acceso a ella. dps de iniciar la queja con uds, me devolvieron el saldo de mi cuenta pero no me dejan acceder a mi cuenta y me la bloquearon. Luego que les pedí que me dejaran jugar, pusieron argumentos vagos y sin coherencia diciendo que detectaron actividad sospechosa!!! calculo que la actividad sospechosa seria haber ganado... en fin lo pregunte por aca porque a ellos no puedo hablarles, de hecho estoy por comenzar una denuncia con la autoridad que concede las licencias porque es escandaloso que te cierren la cuenta cuando quieres retirar tus ganancias (que no eran muchas) acusándome de haber jugado x3 lo depositado con la intención de retirar mi deposito!!!, que clase de acusación es esa???? exactamente juego lo necesario para poder retirar lo poco que gano!!!

Por eso era mi intención que el casino se anoticie por acá de sino me deja mi cuenta lo denunciare con la autoridad que entrega las licencias..

Hi. My verification was approved but now they told me it has to be check by game provider. I won a huge amount and now stressing they won’t pay me out. Anyone else had this problem with Windetta

Same problem here. Won a small amount, went from 60BRL to 200BRL, requested withdrawl and then on the other day woke up not being able to login on my account as it states "User is disabled because of a gambling addicion" lol what's that.
