Hi, you can always consider if there is negative consequences associated with gambling. Such as spending more money in bets than you can afford, missing time for regular stuff, your family/friends or your free time. As well as reducing your social connection, not caring about your health etc. – all of them indicate negative experiences with gambling.

Feel bad (as you wrote) is actually a good thing, because you can start work with your emotion. Don´t know how exactly it works in Italy, but in Czech Republic you can call many NGOs and they are always ready to help you (many of them are free). Not being alone for your problems is always better.

To someone may help setting limits up or ask familiy member to control his/her money roll, but when you want to stop go to talk with some specialist. With them you can find the best solution just for you. And if you think he or she is not good for you, go and find otherone.

Don´t hesitate, you have done your first step. Hold on.

Hey you!

I feel for you my man. It' s never easy to hear someone else open up about their gambling demons. Its very important tho to do what you are doing, open up and talk about it.

Ofcourse, most of us gambling jerks, has at some point lost more money than we could afford. Thats just part of the game. And as of for my worst experience, I lost way way waaaay to much. So much so that I sat down, told all of my family and grinda what had happend. Then I broke everything down and started to figure out what went wrong and what Ive could have done diffrently.

First of I was like you. Eager to find a way out no matter what, but I realized that only made me feel sad and angry. I also realized that I play just because it is fun, because why waste your time in life doing something you dont even like?

This is where my true love and passion for gambling slowly cameback. I had taken controll over my feelings. My luck started to turn and I saw oppertunitys instead of obsticles. I was having fun again and that was a huge win, eventhough I was a years away from having the bankroll that I once have had.

My biggest tip for you my friend: If you are not feeling it, leave it. Do something that make you smile. Take a break. Take controll and learn from misstakes. We all do them and will always make new once. Jusy dont repeat the same one over and over, you are the boss over yourself!!

Much love.

Life is about smiles and kisses, not cash and freespins.

Thanks for the beautiful and sincere post. I would like to refer to a recently published interview with our Responsible Gaming Manager Šimon about self-exclusion.

I'm just wondering, when you say that you lost way too much and more than you could afford...Do you think that setting up loss limits in a casino would help you in this case?

I feel like that's a really great tool, because when you don't even realise you lost too much, it suddenly stops you and you can't deposit/lose more no matter what you want to do at the point.

I think everybody should have gambling limits and are myself using it.

Its an excellent choise and it makes you take controll over bad impulses and tilting.

According to my own experience, I feel like Swedish players are more educated in this matter compared to other players. I'm afraid that most of players simply don't use the limits, because they think it's useless and waste of time setting up these limits.

You chose a very hard path but also the most rewarding. I wish you a brave heart plus strong will and determination. You can do it.

Hm, considering what you described here, I believe that shouldn't even carry on playing in the Estonian casino. I mean, you know it's not good for you so I'd say it's better to start spending on something else.

You'll never win back the money you lost. Never. You can only lose more.
