Revolut declined my chargeback initially went back to them last week with all the evidence linking the companies and showing I didn't purchase anything from the merchant and have proof of them lying which shows I didn't receive no goods or service from them and they processed a chargeback. Now just waiting to see if merchant responds.

The bank have to tell you what evidence they have against you, you have a right to dispute the evidence. My evidence is I don’t have an account with the merchant therefor I couldn’t never have used their services.

In a similar situation, playing tennis with them! Difficult to prove you haven't recieved anything though!

Yeah dude I’ve put a new chargeback in with chase bank. Wintermdsm is saying I have to wait 3 weeks until the investigation is complete so I’m gonna file against them aswel.

just showing an attempt at contacting the merchant should be enough just request in the email saying you have received an goods or service for what there company do and you can even say they aint responding

wintermads just waste your time they will just be fabricating evidence in those 3 weeks

But with grotobook they are saying that I have received goods etc. The bank will see that and not listen.. there's not really much you can do in that sense.

Online ebooks, but I have obviously contacted them and I got a bit hasty in the emails etc lol. However their own t&Cs state that a book not read can be refunded within 30 days which I did mention in emails! It's a tough one.

Yes! Brilliant, hopefully we can all bring them down 1 by 1, I think everyone in this group who has used Santeda should report them and all their casinos to the UK gambling commission!
