Never made a withdrawal. That would be an added complexity. Regardless, you should emphasise the points mentioned above. And ask for a net deposit refund.


they ask for the transactions so I did a reconciliation with the deposits made on their website to my bank statement.

Ok Sky I have made 3 total of £5200 but put in £11000 so yes makes it harder was thinking ask for net loss refund will keep it up my sleeve for now thanks for the template I saved it

NineWin have asked for the transactions on my bank account for a refund after using the template mentioned on Page 223 or 224 of this thread.


Only deposited £90.


Their website and email links are extremely similar to KingHills which makes me think that they’re owned by similar entities.

Hi Sky they look the same but Kinghills has a license.

My deposits are about £13000 at least my fear is this will be declined as they will probs do smaller ones no problem I have a withdrawal for £4100 to get tomorrow so ive worked out im down £4500 so far did you use chat or email and are refunds quick ? my gambling advisor at the bank has contacted me to talk about transactions ive been making saying i have continued to do this and they strongly advise against it and its important that we talk left on my voicemail plus my card got blocked then I had to call fraud team but they unblocked it I did more transactions tonight after hearing the voice mail so im a bit worried now its a bit of a mess
